I began taking this for joint pain in my hands. I take one pill a day and have for over five years. I, honestly, could feel the relief within thirty days. It’s not instantaneous. It needs to build up in your system. But, it has, obviously, worked for me. I discussed it with my Orthopedist who said it was fine to take, but, like all supplements, don’t over do it. One pill a day has worked for years and I have no plans to stop using it. Would recommend it. The only drawback is I wish there was a better outside coating. Turmeric can leave a stain on your fingers and clothes.

This has been the best supplement I’ve found for relief of joint pain (hands, fingers). Actual Turmeric root works also, but I’m prone to kidney stones and turmeric root contains high levels of oxalates which cause stones. This product is the C3 extract Curcumin (the active ingred in turmeric). Lots more convenient to take a pill than to make root tea also. Also contains pepper which is a must as it increases the bioavailability tremendously.

I love other products by this brand. However this Circumin did not yield the same results that I’ve had with more expensive formulations. If you really have bad inflammation and you don’t want to use drugs go with “Theracurmin 2x” By bioclinic naturals. That junk works! But this BestVite brand barely helped.

I also thought this was a capsule, but it is a tablet. The 11 reviews on here look legit, and I tried this because I wanted one without fillers. However, I bought it for my dogs. And I could see lots of orange specks in her waste, leading me to believe it is not breaking down, or being digested. I don’t know how to rate it yet.
