This is the kind of thing that is going to work differently for different people. While for me it wasn’t nearly as effective as other options that I have tried in the past…it might be the exact one that you are looking for that will work better than anything else.
This is one of those things where you really can’t tell until you try it and since it is a supplement I can’t really talk about my reasons or feelings all that clearly if I want my review to be approved.
For the price, it’s worth at least a try to see if this will be THE ONE for you. If it isn’t, try something else.

I enjoy the unique blend of ingredients in this product. I’ve been taking a daily turmeric supplement for a while now and I like that this one has the extra ingredients that work synergistically.

Recently started taking these so the jury is out on effectiveness at this time. However it appears to have some good vitamins according to the label.
The pill itself is slightly large, but overall easy to swallow. It has a smooth texture and torpedo shape. It’s not circular, which is good since those tend to get caught up in your throat on occasion.
I would rate this vitamin pill at 4 stars!

I got this because I take Curcumin for the health benefits it may possibly have. My primary focus with it is more directed towards my immunity health but I am also more than happy for any possible joint health benefits as well. With this brand we see that a patented form of Curmcumin was utlized called “Curcumin C3 Complex”. It is actually a mixture of curcuminoids instead of being just Curcumin and that’s important imo. The curcuminoids are demethoxycurcumin and bisdemethoxycurcumin and these two polyphenols are thought to possibly stabilize the curcumin. Some studies speculate that possibly with these additional curcuminoids greater reduction in oxidative stress may possibly occur. This brand has put this Curcumin in a blend containing another patented ingredient called “Boswellin Super”. It is thought this may possibly be beneficial by possibly inhibiting pro-inflammatory cytokines associated with inflammation. And lastly with Ginger it is also thought to be possibly beneficial with regards to inflammation and some studies have noted that when Ginger is utilized with Curcumin it may have a synergistic effect. So imo this is not a complicated blend but rather one that utilized some high quality ingredients imo in amounts that may be meaningful.These were easy to take and I had no sides. If you’re looking for some high quality Curcumin then I definitely recommend this one to consider as I personally don’t know of any other brands like this one. Good Luck and I Hope this was Helpful.

I really don’t like hard pills or caplets. Firstly, I think most would find them harder to swallow, and secondly, I don’t believe the absorption is near what a powder form in capsule would be. Perhaps there are reasons this particular formula is in a hard pill form; I can’t claim to understand all the technology involved in making supplements. I do know I’ve tried to incorporate turmeric in my diet for years, though I can’t honestly say I’ve noted any specific effects, one way or the other. I think it is supposed to reduce inflammation throughout the body, which I understand is good for your health. Lastly, though this seems to be a high-quality supplement, I cannot see justification for the very high pricing. I know the turmeric, at least as an isolated ingredient, can be found quite inexpensively. I’ve even gotten it in powder form that offers a large quantity for very little investment viz-a-viz the capsule or hard pill form. that said, of course, there are additional ingredients in this particular supplement, and some may find it worth the investment.
