I was surprised to find that the label’s claim of 120 servings was inaccurate. Upon closer inspection, I realized that it takes two softgels to get the advertised 400mg of CoQ10 and 20mg of PQQ, which means the actual number of servings is 60, not 120. In terms of effectiveness, I didn’t notice any significant improvement in my energy levels while taking this supplement. While it may still be providing some benefits, I was hoping for a more noticeable impact.

COQ10 Softgels – I noticed this product had PQQ and black pepper extract also, so I thought I would order it. I like this combination of ingredients since they have been reported to help the areas that I wanted dietary supplements for. As you get older and if you are taking statins, it is helpful to boost your natural production of COQ10. The black pepper extract has been studied to increase bioavailability of a wide range of dietary supplements. The PQQ has a long list of reported benefits, too many to mention here (google it).
This product is made in Canada, a country that has a good reputation for enforcing food safety and sanitation regulations. I like to know the country of origin of my supplements for just this reason. It is made in a GMP (good manufacturing practices) certified facility, which gives a certain level of confidence that it is pure, sanitary and actually contains what is promised on the label.
One problem I noticed is that the web page says it has 120 day supply in the bottle, but the actual bottle says 120 gel caps with a daily dose of two caps per day, for a 60 day supply. Sloppy editing. I can’t give 5 stars. Marking it down to 4 stars.

Diz que são 120 doses, mas depois diz que uma dose é de 2 pílulas e contém apenas 120 pílulas. O site do produto não está funcionando. Não posso arriscar meu rim tentando essas coisas.
