I love these! They are easy to swallow about a medium sized capsule. Also this form of magnesium does not cause frequent trips to the bathroom!!

I’ve recently learned about the importance of CoQ10. I’ve also read that doctors in Europe (Germany?) who prescribe a statin are required to also prescribe CoQ10 since statins deplete CoQ10 in the body. I like this Life Extension brand of CoQ10 because it is in the form of Ubiquinol. I can’t definitively say how much CoQ10 has helped me because I’ve also started using a CPAP machine so that I can sleep better and have more energy which I now do have.
