I purchased this product to detox my lungs after years of smoking. According to the description, it “Helps Reduce Phlegm” and “most people experience an opening of the lungs, the ability to take deeper breaths and a reduction in phlegm”. It had the opposite effect on me. Over the 5 or 6 days I took it, phelgm built up in my lungs to the point I felt I had pneumonia. When I quit taking it, it took two weeks for me to get back to normal and that was only after taking a bunch of Airborne and Mucinex (so I could actually get rid of the phelgm). This was a horrible product for me.

Used it to breathe better at night…take it on and off, but have felt better breathing ( a little bit better) when I actually have taken it….need to use it for a longer period of time to REALLY tell it’s effectiveness…
