Well I wanted to hold off for some time prior to writing this and I have finished the first bottle. These gummies have a strawberry flavor and are edibles. The texture is similar to gummie bears and can be mistaken for them since the shape is similar. They seem to provide what the nutritional value claimed. The price is on average with other gummies and is worth the buy.

I can’t speak to the effectiveness of the gummies but they are tasty and easy to chew CoQ10 Gummies. I am taking them based on what I had read up on CoQ10 and its affects, so I am to early in the game to speak to the long term affect.
For now I can give these a four star rating because I feel this is about five dollars to high.
