So, I purchased this astaxanthin supplement and when it arrived I took one gummy and pulled it apart. I am not sure the dosage listed reflects what is actually in one gummy. Astaxanthin is intensely pigmented to a point that even 4mg will stain skin, clothing, etc. I took one gummie and pulled it apart and chewed a bit and there is very little pigmentation – based on this, I really do not see how one gummie cold actually contain a full 24mg. The taste is pleasant, however.

Assuming you have your reasons for trying or continuing to take astaxanthin – ie, you’ve done your own research. I’ve been using it for a while and like the results.
Tastes fine, no extra sugar, a lot nicer than another pill to swallow, good price point, and no negative effects.
