I have been taking this for a couple of weeks in my outrageously large stack of vitamins/supplements. I will start by saying this is a quality supplement, with quality ingredients, from a reputable company whose supplements I have taken and liked historically.
All of that said, not sure I understand this supplement and don’t have any perceived benefits from it.
The first ingredient is B-12. B-12 is an amazing vitamin by itself driving energy and stamina. It is so amazing it is likely already in your multi at something like 1,000 % of your daily allowance. And as a bonus, it does amazing things to the color of your urine. Sure, sure, the one in your multi is likely synthetic vs the one here which is more natural, but all the same.
After that, you are getting D-Ribose, which is apparently a component of ATP, energy source for your cells. I have no idea what else it does, but in effect it is a simple sugar.
Next is CoQ10, which is a hugely beneficial supplement for a myriad of functions. Then finally the NADH, which is the headline on the bottle. NADH is a form of niacin, that if you believe supplement makers is some form of magic energy. I lump CoQ10 and NADH together because there is synergistic benefits of NADH and CoQ10 in terms of delivering energy at the cellular level (more ATP), which in theory means more energy for you.
For me, I don’t notice any benefit at all. There may very well be something happening at the cellular level, but this does not manifest itself in any meaningful way for me.
To sum it up, I get to three stars by deducting a star for this having no impact to me, and a star for the first ingredient being b-12 which feels some what like a filler and a way to cheaply introduce a burst of energy to the supplement. The three stars remain because all the ingredients are quality, its made in a GMP facility, and Codeage makes quality supplements. This one just missed the mark for me.

“Con’s” – I have with it is that it had a unique taste, not real bad and it DOES NOT have any aftertaste. Also the size of the capsule is large. (I put a dime next to one in the pic, to give you an idea).

This seems to have a good collection of energy boosting supplements. I personally haven’t noticed much of a different one way or another after a month, so ymmv. There is a slight taste that’s a little unpleasant to me. Not enough to make me not want to take it, but it’s there nonetheless. For a month supply, this is a little bit more than I am willing to go.
