Have been using this for several years now in smoothies or just adding a heaped tsp to either plain yoghurt or kefir when I’m making a yoghurt or kefir bowl. You don’t need to add a sweetener (unless you want to) and it really enhances the berry flavor. I also usually add a 1/2 to a cup of berries but if I don’t have any I just add a bit more of the berry powder and it works fine. Great ingredients too, mixing all the superfoods of berries, apples, acai and beets in one easy to mix organic powder.

Love this product; however, this time it was shipped in a plain plastic bag (that was ripped open) … jar was broken, product unusable. 3 stars for a wonderful product … hope next time it’s shipped safer and in a box.

Gosh this powder is so clean and yummy,. You can even put some on a spoon and eat it and you won’t believe how great it tastes to your taste-buds!!! So fresh and fruity. It has zero fillers and 100% Organic. Such good value and lasts well. I noticed a difference when I began taking it too. Like the nutrients are getting into your body – assimilating well!!!

This berry powder is absolutely delicious. It is bursting with vitamins and minerals and is very good for your heart as well as your eyes. I encourage Amazon customers to do some research on the ingredients in this product and they will be most surprised. Pure Synergy Thank You once again for a life saving product at a very affordable price. 5 stars plus. A SATISFIED CUSTOMER.

Good color and flavor in my protein smoothies. The flavor and color is better than another brand’s berry powder that I have been using some time for polyphenols. Might be suitable for dessert recipes.

We love this blend of berries that is totally water soluble, full of nutrients and delicious.

I’m just finishing my first bottle. It sat a long time after I purchased it without my using it,
but the past few weeks I’ve been using at least once a day. I use it differently than many of
the other reviewers say they do.

    1) This morning I made blue berry pancakes with frozen organic blueberries. I make my own
maple syrup using organic maple sugar & water. Mix well, microwave for a minute, stir, then
let it sit while preparing the pancakes. This morning I decided to add some berry powder
after I’d heated the mixture. At that point it didn’t look like the powder was completely blending
in & dissolving. I let it sit while preparing everything else. With that added time, it dissolved
pretty well. The mixture thickened up and I had a wonderful berry-maple syrup.

    2) I drink sparkling mineral water not simply because I like it but also because I have
dry mouth from meds I take. It works better than anything else I’ve tried to remedy
that dry, cottonmouth feeling. Adding a teaspoon of this powder to a glass makes a
wonderful fizzy berry drink. If not sweet enough for your tastes, add something to
sweeten it– your choice. If you add a little chocolate, and maybe a teaspoon or so
of reduced fat ice cream, you’ll have a wonderful “ice cream” soda. Something that
shouldn’t be particularly good for you, turns into a great treat and you won’t even
want dessert if you drink it with or after your dinner. At least I don’t.

I’ve found it mixes in pretty well if I start out with a little chocolate syrup and mix in the
berry powder, then add the sparkling water, and mix again. It will get frothy -bubbly-
and either continue mixing to dissipate the bubbles or allow it to sit a few minutes and
they will settle down on their own allowing you to add a little more sparkling water.
The touch of ice cream is the last ingredient. Just that touch of ice cream adds the
creaminess that differentiates an ice cream soda from other soda fountain type drinks.
If you go light, using just a little, with the chocolate syrup and the ice cream, the sugar
& calorie count isn’t too bad either. I add a couple ice cubes at the end just to keep it cold—
it is summer after all, and I’ll sip on it throughout the evening.

I’m sure I’ll find other unique ways of adding it to everyday foods and drinks. Even today,
after making the pancakes, thought, I could have added some berry powder to the pancake
batter and whole blueberries— or whatever other fruit I might be mixing into the batter.

The next time I make a smoothie, I’ll add some to it, which was my intention when I originally
purchased it but haven’t been making smoothies recently. With so many fresh, organic fruits &
veggies available this time of year, I’ve just been eating them.

That mysterious “they”, who dictate what we should or shouldn’t do, say we shouldn’t use
powders or pills in place of eating the whole foods—but if used in addition to whole foods,
I think you get the best of both worlds.

I like the purity of & the organic and non-GMO nature of the ingredients. I like that it’s cold
processed so as not to destroy nutrients with heat and I like that it includes fruits that
aren’t readily available in the grocery store, but contain nutrients that are so good for us.

I live in Washington, a state known for it’s humidity, but really haven’t had a problem with
clumping in the bottle. Sure, maybe a few small ones that are easily broken up with the tip
of my spoon. I NEVER use a wet spoon so I’m not adding moisture to the bottle. I take my
one teaspoon out and immediately close the bottle—not allowing it to sit open for even
“just a couple” minutes. I keep the bottle on the 2nd self of a corner upper cabinet next to
my sink, where it’s in a dry, dark place. Were I to develop a problem with clumping, I’d do
as others have suggested and store in my refrigerator.

It’s expensive, but if you use just a teaspoon, not a rounded or heaping teaspoon, the bottle
makes a quite a few drinks and will last a while, making the price easier to take.

My suggestion: Give it a try and let your imagination go— see what you can create that’s
    uniquely you.

I have purchased other products from this company and have always been impressed with their quality. Although the prices tend to be on the high side, at least I know I am getting something that i consider worth the money.

Since this is made entirely from natural food sources, it is superior to most other Vitamin C powders and tablets, which are lab-manufactured and harsher on the body. As this product is closer to nature, it provides a great way to get real, food-derived Vitamin C (100% RDA) as well as a host of healthy phytonutrients like anthocyanins, polyphenols, and ellagic acid. Phytonutrients are primarily found in the pigments and skins of fruits and vegetables, and have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. They may also enhance immunity and inter-cellular communication, repair DNA damage from exposure to toxins, and detoxify carcinogens.

    Some tips for using this:

    1) It is delicious in yogurt and if you use unsweetened yogurt, it acts as a natural sweetener. It is also good in smoothies.

    2) This is powder and it may clump. However if you store the bottle upside down (see picture) it seems to prevent clumping during normal to cool weather conditions. When it is very humid however, you will get some clumping but will not be too bad if you use the product regularly.

    3) When possible, try to keep moisture out of the bottle. Keep the bottle tightly closed and store in a cool, dry place.

I put this on Subscribe & Save because I enjoy using it and value the nutrition, especially now that we are dealing with the coronavirus.
