As a runner, I’ve been using curcumin to fight inflammation since long before the supplement went mainstream following use within the autism community. The main thing to watch for is whether the turmeric for a given curcumin supplement is standardized to contain 95% curcuminoids. A couple months ago, for example, I tried Earth Echo Superfood Bliss, a “turmeric and superfood elixir blend”, which provides 500mg of “organic turmeric root” per serving, but since it’s not standardized on its curcumin content there’s no way to know what you’re getting. Fortunately, this Designs for Health Senolytic Synergy product does, although it’s significantly more expensive than other brands I’ve used in the past such as Now and Jarrow Formulas. Apparently, the differentiator is its use of Curcumin C3 Complex, which is a patented form of curcumin, with the 3 standing for chemical compounds curcumin, demethoxycurcumin (DMC) and bisdemethoxycurcumin (BDMC), otherwise known as “curcuminoids”. In other words, if you make use of a product providing 95% curcuminoids, these chemical compounds are provided by default. However, the patented Curcumin C3 Complex this product provides is purportedly better digested. All of this said, however, this Designs for Health Senolytic Synergy product provides a lot more than just curcumin, although the amount of curcumin per capsule is significantly less than other brands I’ve tried: red grape powder, quercetin, fisetin, and Senactive proprietary blend (standardized extract from ginseng and dog rose). These ingredients are similar to the ingredients of another product I’m currently trying: Designs for Health NRF2 Modulator. The differences provided by Designs for Health Senolytic Synergy relative to Designs for Health NRF2 Modulator are the following per each 2 capsule serving size: 200mg curcuminoid powder instead of 300mg, 200mg of red grape powder instead of 250mg, and fisetin and Senactive proprietary blend instead of olive fruit extract, trans-Pterostilbene, and vitamin E isomers. Neither the product description here nor the product labeling provides a definition for “fisetin”, but after some light research it appears to be a flavinoid widely distributed in fruits and vegetables that shares distinct antioxidant properties with a plethora of other plant polyphenols, showing promise in fighting inflammation and protecting against stress, as well as other benefits.

I am on a mission to find really good quality supplements. The reason is I recently found out that some types of vitamins can actually be detrimental to your body. This is very true when it comes to some types of vitamin B6 and B12, but also types of vitamin C.
I started adding this to my multivitamin and vitamin C daily regime and I can feel a big difference in my overall well being. I have used some other vitamins from “Designs for Health” and their quality is the best you can get. In my option this product is completely worth the cost! Your body will absorb more and utilize it so much better that you are getting so much more for your money with these types of high-quality supplements.
The multi-vitamin I am taking is from Aspire Nutrition and the Liposomal C I am taking is from Core Med Science. This Cellular Support supplement is such a great complement to those other two products. The total cost per month for these three is less than $150 a month and it is something I budget for because they have made such a difference in my overall health and well being.
Love this product! Definitely 5-star!!!

I am a fan of this brand and with these supplements I am giving them 5 stars again! When I want quality I shop Designs for Health, and our bodies deserve nothing but the best. This is like a multivitamin but to help me look and feel young. I feel great when I take these! My skin is looking more healthy as well.

Designs for Health is one of my favorite brands for quality-made supplements with ingredients I can trust. They are known for using the highest quality raw ingredients, and there are no GMOs, gluten, or soy. It is a 30 day supply; they recommend taking two capsules per day. The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t have any after-taste. This supplement should help support cellular health and promote a healthy inflammatory response and healthy aging. I like that it contains Curcumin, Quercetin, and Red Grape Powder, as well as fisetin and Senactiv. It seems like a good blend of several supplements I like to take, only all in one. The price is a bit high for a 30 day supply, being that it is $73.25. For that reason, I give it four stars. However, this is a quality supplement, and you do get what you pay for.

After taking this for more than a month, I have not seen any tangible results that I can connect to the product. I didn’t anticipate any dramatic experience and waited to write this review until I had exhausted the entire supply just to give it a chance.
I understand some of the science behind senescent cells and the potential importance of taking senolytics to reduce these cells in the body. It’s difficult, however, to assess whether a product like this is having any effect on a given individual unless you are part of a rigorous study (conducted over an extended period of time). I was hoping to see some benefit that I could potentially attribute to this product and just didn’t see any.
I am willing, however, to still consider that it did have an effect on my cells that was simply unobservable but will have long-term benefits. For this reason, I’m still giving it 3 stars.

It is always tough to evaluate and review a product that you need to continue to take to see (or feel) the results. The best thing about this supplement from ‘Designs for Health’ is the ingredients in each capsule and their potential. I have read about and done my own research on senescence support supplements. ‘Senolytic Synergy’ has these self-researched elements all in one capsule (2x/daily). For me, that is a great start. Buying every element separately has been time-consuming and costly. This product is reasonably priced. I am hoping for good results in the future. Please do your own research.
