This supplement offers a great way to revitalize your body at an affordable price. The alpha lipoic acid nutrient is an antioxidant that may boost your body’s ability to get rid of bad cells. Biotin is a vitamin that is reported to aid in skin, hair and nail health. In the short-term, I have not noticed any changes, but I am confident that this would be a supportive nutrient for the body in the long-term. The supplements are safe for many dietary restrictions and sensitivities as they don’t contain gluten/wheat, dairy, or soy. They are also free of artificial colors and sweeteners. The recommended dosage is two capsules per day, making the bottle a 75-day supply. The capsules are flavorless, and I had no issues taking them with or without meals.

I read about the benefits of ALA so decided to buy some from different brands. This product is good for the price. However after doing some research found better options.

I really like this Alpha Lipoic Acid formula. It contains a high dose of alpha lipoic acid (300 mg / tablet) as well as 333 mcg’s of biotin. I was experiencing a burning sensation in my feet which I found out was a type of nerve pain. I have read that alpha lipoic acid can be helpful for neuropathy so I tried this supplement. I honestly have not experienced any burning in my feet since I started taking this.
I also like the fact that, even though it is a fairly high dose, it is well tolerated and is only 1 capsule per day. The capsules are small enough so that they are easy to swallow and there is no unpleasant taste.

My MD recommended that I try an alpha lipoic acid supplement to help with severe discomfort in my toes and heels at night. Since this appears to be a good quality brand, I decided to give it a try.
Since adding the ALA supplement to my bedtime med routine, I can say that it seems to be helping me get better rest because I am not being woken up nearly as often by my toes and heels feeling like they are on fire. I am very satisfied with this supplement and will continue to use it.

Since I am used to taking 600 mg of lipoic acid and you get 300 mg in one capsule, I just take two capsules to get what I need daily. You get 150 capsules in the bottle so you are still getting a 2.5 month’s supply if you take 2 a day, or if you only take 1 a day, you have 5 months worth here. This is a great value either way! This a a quick-release formula that includes 333 mcg of biotin. It is non-GMO, lab tested and packaged in the USA. I believe this to be a fantastic, high-quality supplement!
