I wanted to try this for the many benefits, but especially for the gut. The only thing I notice so far ( been taking a week) is an extra bowel movement throughout the day. I hope that means it is working on gut issues. I have heard you don’t need the massive amounts for this supplement to work and I like this brand. I will keep you updated. So far so good.

I am not sure if this product actually reduced my inflammation because I only took it a few times. I am not an anxious person, so when I felt very anxious after taking this, I was bummed. I was hoping this would help my systemic inflammation, but I won’t be taking this. This is a low dose so I was hoping it would be ok. It also increased bowel movements significantly…almost gave me diarrhea. If you are someone that has issues with that, this product may be a problem. I am sure it works for normal humans, but I have a very sensitive system.

This stuff is amazing! It helps with soooo many things and is so great for your immune system. It also helps your skin to be less sensative to the sun. I find I tan more than I burn now, and before that was not the case. I still slather in sunscreen though, I feel like it makes my sunscreen more effective, it does not take the place of sunscreen by any means. It’s also amazing for recovering your body physically, after a hard workout or long day at work. I am not nearly as sore and achy like I used to be. I also have a bad back and it hasn’t been cured by any means, but this supplement definitely allows me to do things I couldn’t before, without pain. My back and my hips were so bad I hadn’t been able to go for a run in 20 years! One day during my walk, I just started running! I ran almost a mile, felt amazing and was not sore the next day!!! Running is something I love, so I’m forever grateful! I highly recommend!
This company makes the best supplements. They make them so easily absorbable which can be difficult and is obviously very important. They also do go overboard with their dosage. I use several of their products and have never felt better!

Comecei a tomar isso junto com um senolítico e resveratrol. Notei que, desde que comecei a tomar, estou extremamente alerta e minha mente está mais afiada. Fico me perguntando se isso tem um efeito estimulante? É tão forte que eu gostaria de poder tomar apenas metade de um, mas é uma cápsula líquida. Talvez eu tente encontrar uma maneira de tomar apenas metade de uma.*atualização* Tentei transferir metade do conteúdo da cápsula para uma segunda cápsula, mas foi uma grande bagunça. Acabei com um líquido vermelho-alaranjado escuro nas mãos. Eu gostaria que houvesse uma maneira de tomar menos da cápsula, pois isso me causa uma certa ansiedade por algum motivo. Comparável a um triplo expresso ou algum estimulante muito intenso como Adderall ou algo assim. Eu gosto, mas acho que é forte demais para mim e me deixa bastante nervoso.
