This is a great combination of quercetins and zinc. Quercetin is better when it is combined with zinc which helps with absorption. So, this is nice because you only need to take one capsule instead of another supplement. Of course if you are taking other supplements that are multi check that you are not doubling doses. This is a trusted brand for me that is one of my go tos for supplements.

The pollen is falling and my sinuses are taking notice and a friend of mine suggested Quercetin. Quercetin is an antioxidant and an anti-inflammatory and studies have been done to see if it can reduce allergy symptoms. Together with zinc, they may have a synergistic effect.
This company Nature’s Truth is well know with a good reputation, they make and test all their products thoroughly. They use simple but quality ingredients. Good product.

I have been taking quercetin and zinc occasionally for years, every time I get the sniffles. Quercetin helps the zinc get absorbed into cells. I have been taking them separately, but I’m thrilled to find a product that combines the two, as it is one less pill to take. These capsules are made in the USA from a legitimate brand, and one bottle has 30 servings. The expiration date is well into 2027, so I can use these occasionally without worrying about them expiring.
