This supplement has helped in many ways. I have had heart issues since I was a child and as soon as I started taking these, I noticed a difference in the energy I have felt and the difference in my cholesterol and blood pressure has changed for the better.
I am not saying that this will work for everyone, these are what has worked for me.
The supplement itself is in caplet form,orange in color and easy to swallow. I take one a day in the morning.
One of the best things about these are that they are free of: dairy, gluten, egg, soybeans, shellfish/fish, peanuts/tree nuts.
The bottle I recently purchased expiration date is 08/16.

I started taking this because my blood pressure was getting bad. It’s never been great though. Most of my late 20’s and early 30’s my BP would be under 140/90 but above 130/80. This last year my BP took a crazy jump and went to 180/118 at my worst. I added this to my daily supplements and my blood pressure (with help of adding BP meds) went down to 131/78. I’v been tracking my BP A LOT since June when I got the scary results. For most of June through October my BP remained VERY high and I was getting pressure headaches. I started BP meds in early Sept but also started CoQ10 in mid Oct. My BP stayed high but dropped significantly in late Oct. It could be the BP meds or the CoQ10 or both. All I know is my BP is now in a “safe” range. I spent half the summer thinking I was going to stroke out knowing my BP was as high as it was. I work IT so I’m mostly sedentary.

Always trust the Jarrow name. They’ve been around a long time, they make quality supplements and the company has a huge heart. I buy from them whenever I have the opportunity. This Co-Q10 is as good as any on the market, yet priced less than competing brands. I’ve used them for over 15 years now

I purchased Jarrow Co-Q10 to try as an alternative to Losartan (blood pressure medication). It worked remarkably well! At my blood pressure check, my bp was 124/74. It was running 148/98 while being on the prescription medication for a month. I also appreciate that this product had no side effects. My PCP and I are pleased with the results.
