So, this stuff really does work for helping the body recover & my Pre-Diabetes. I’m a triathlete & eat super healthy, but diabetes runs in my family. I’ve been on this for a short time & see great results w/ my Garmin Fenix sleep stats, but I can only take this for 4-5 days before I have to cycle off, because it brings with it fatigue.. I’m usually off for 3-4 days & then start back up again.

I purchased as a chelating supplement to detox mercury and heavy metals from my body/brain, following the Andy Cutler protocol. I like that it doesn’t have a bunch of junk in it which is why I chose this particular brand.

The pills are tiny and easy to swallow or can be opened and mixed with juice.
