I like these because they’re easy to swallow being in a capsule like this. I have not had any stomach upset either. I take one or two in the morning and one or two at night always with meals. I’ve had no problem at all and I depend on those daily to help fight the inflammation and pain I have throughout my body.

I have been using this for years! So far, I have had the best results from the Swanson’s brand of Curcuminoids- and I have tried many.
Curcumin is great for anti- inflammation. This was my personal alternative to doctor prescribed synthetics (no thank you!) after experiencing a major motor vehicle accident.
I can’t say that everyone will have the same results as I have, but taking this has kept me flexible and mobile, reduced pain due to post injury arthritis, and allowed me to stay off synthetic medications.
It has been a part of my regime for over 7 years now. When I don’t take it, I can tell. The good thing is that I don’t have to wait a month to see results. After 1-2 days of consistent doses, I am back on track and have forgotten about my pain/ inflammation/ discomfort.
I usually get it directly from Swanson’s ( shipping takes longer) but I am happy that Amazon offers it with 2 day shipping now at a comparable price.
It is worth trying because of the quality of the curcumin used. It is hard to find high concentrations at an affordable price.

I have scoliosis & live with mild to moderate pain at all times. I have used a similar turmeric product in the past but gave up due to very little benefit. I decided to try this one, & then went like 4-5 weeks without going to the chiropractor (not on purpose). I wasn’t pain free, but I wasn’t in horrible pain & realized after the fact that I never took any OTC pain pills like ibuprofen, aspirin, or naproxen (a few months ago I took several pills a week to just get by & they were only somewhat effective with scary side effects). So I’m going to reorder as I’m about to run out; this is more effective for me than pain pills with NO side effects! (Review by wife of account holder)

After taking the Curcumin for five days my joints feel much better and swelling in my ankles is reduced. This may simply be due to healing over time but I have had aching joints and swollen ankles for almost two weeks now (blaming it on a new exercise regimen and old age!) and after five days of the Curcumin, feel markedly better overall. Good product, good value, would highly recommend.
