Research has shown that people prefer the orangish-brown cast that consumption of B-Carotene gives to those of us with paler flesh. Many lighter folks seek the sun or tanning beds to give their complexion a darker cast, but as everyone knows, flesh-made-of-leather, if not skin cancer awaits down that road.
Two of these gel caps a day should give you a pleasing coloration, with the added bonus of a reasonable dose of vitamin A in a few weeks time. Resist the urge to speed things up by taking heroic doses. It’s possible to OD on the lipid soluble vitamins. Moderation in all things.
If anyone’s interested I have an amusing tale of a man who vastly overdid his vitamin A intake.

I take a pill once per day to give my skin some color and it really does! It’s nice. Pills stick together a little in the bottle but they’re nice soft gels and are easy to swallow.
