I took this faithfully for three months, but each bottle I noticed the color of the pill change slightly. However, it wasn’t until I got my fourth bottle that the color was so off I decided to return it and turn to another brand. Pure PQQ is usually red. Other PQQ pills I’ve taken with no fillers are very red, but this one is pink as they’ve mixed in rice flour and other fillers. I normally didn’t mind this since I thought I was getting 40 mg of PQQ instead of the 20 mg all other pills seem to have, but now I’m not even sure there was 20 mg of PQQ in the most recent pill batch as the color was almost white. The old PQQ pills are at the bottom of the photo, while the new ones are at top. There is no way the color could be so drastically different unless they’ve decreased the PQQ content without warning or changing the labeling. I find this either dishonest or if not intentional, at least deplorable quality control. I’ve returned it and am now switching back to my previous PQQ brand that has no fillers. It only had 20 mg of PQQ and is twice as expensive, but at least I know I’m actually getting 20 mg.

I use this for mental acuity and muscle retention with NAC, as recommended by a 93 year old man trying to live long enough to finish raising his orphaned great-granddaughter. He and his 90 yr old wife were her last living relatives. I think he’s going to make it! So I added these two suppliments because I was not enjoying memory loss and weak muscles. I’m in my mid-70’s and it works pretty wel!.
I started my first garden this year…digging, composting, building mounds and barriers, and DIGGING! Got lots of tuff growing.😃
Also, I recently had foot surgery and it healed nicely, but my podiatrist was amazed! He said he had NEVER seen a foot heal this fast! So, i will keep taking this combo untilI can’t.
