I can’t give this 5 stars till i see effects & like any health supplement, it can take up to 1-3 months to feel/see full effects. I started this about 5 days ago. Saw a teaching video by Barbara O’Neille, who teaches on holistic medicine. Felt it’s worth a try. It’s in the sweet side but a taste of sour too, that’s not bad at all. I’m doing the recommended dose of 2 mil/day

Seems like a priest standard vitamin bottle. Come to the dropper that you can easily use to drop the supplement into your mouth or a beverage of your choice. I have course recommend that you check with a doctor or healthcare professional to make sure this is something you should be taking. I think it’s always good to make sure that you are getting the proper vitamins.

So I ordered this product based off the other reviews and the benefits of it. I just received my product on 01/06/25 and was ready to start on 01/07/25 but to my surprise when I opened the product I noticed that the units on the doppler appeared smeared so I took a paper towel and to my surprise the units came right off as you can see in the pictures. This can’t be good the units must be in ink and the thought of ingesting that can’t be good for the body! It states I can’t get a refund so it’s just my bad. Please read this review before purchasing!
