I have been on a quest to stop or at least slow down as my eyesight keeps getting worse. Night driving is really scary to the point that I avoid it whenever I can. I have done my research the Lutein is a supplement to aid in eye health. I have been taking it for a couple of months. I have good and bad days still. But I am not going to stop taking these.
I like that they are small and I don’t have to take multiples per day.

With all the screen time and reading that I do, I have been concerned about my vision. I do use reading glasses, and need a slight prescription for night driving. I am actually not as confident with driving at night as I used to be, which led me to taking a supplement to slow and hopefully improve that situation. I know the ingredients in this supplement are all needed to support your vision, so I am hoping they will benefit me in the long run. No difference to speak of yet, but again, I feel this is a long term supplement to maintain good eye health. I wish is it did say 3rd party tested, or had some certification as to testing and safe ingredients, hence the 4 stars.

These are easy to swallow, no side effects have resulted. In addition to Lutein, there are other ingredients included in the supplement that may be helpful for eye health. Seems like a reasonable price.

These little football shape pills are easy to swallow, have no taste or aftertaste, and no noticeable side effects at least for me.
I can’t test the accuracy of the ingredients but assuming they are as listed they should help with some of my vision issues. It’s hard to quantify how much they are helping but they do seem to be somewhat beneficial so as long as there are no negative effects I will keep taking them.
