I take cq10 on a regular basis. Couple of years ago I decided to stop since I haven’t seen much of a difference and switch to its basic ingredient-ubiquinol, thinking it’ll make things moving. And that’s when I did see the difference.
However, it didn’t work particularly for me. I always do some research before taking anything, and it was strange since ubiquinol worked for so many people. That’s when I realized that everybody is different and switched back to these. Keeps me in balance, can’t say “wow” but don’t go without.
I like the company, it seems trustworthy, easy to take, great value if you buy in a bulk.
However, one should always remember to stay on a healthy path with the right nutrition and regular exercise plan. Then the health problems will not pop out and there will be no reason to blame any company for the wrong supplement.
