I do appreciate that it does have both powerful ingredients, made my eyes feel somewhat better. I need a higher dose. Well worth the money!

I used B&L’s AREDS2 for many years but found them getting a little pricey. I consulted with my doctor and he said any good generic with ample lutein would be just as good for my eyes. I found Swanson Synergistic Eye Health on Amazon and the price was significantly lower than AREDs2 and with a higher amount of lutein. And only one capsule a day, instead of the 2 Caps a day with AREDS. It was a no-brainer. I went with the less expensive generic and with my doctor’s full approval

While I am not a doctor and I cannot speak to the improvement of eyes health, I take these as a precaution/ preventative. They are quality. I am on my third bottle. My sister introduced me to these supplements and she purchased these from Swanson and gets a subscription, I buy these through my subscribe and save for roughly the same price and with the easy of subscribe and save:)

You often wonder if a product that’s not a medication would ever work. Me too. But I’m happy to say that I found one that works and am very pleased with it. While using this, my vision doesn’t get blurred as much, I see clearer and the pressure in my eyes are less. Not saying this would have the same affects for others, just that it really works for me. I thinkn others should try it. It was also okayed by my Ophthalmologist.
