I’m absolutly loving these Lutein tablets!! As somone who’s always staring at screens I’m always worried about my eye health. But sinc I started taking these tablets I feel like my eyes are doing way better. I’m not getting as much eye strain and I can focos for longer periods of time.
I like that these tablets have alot of lutein too – 180mg per tablet. I’ve done som research and it seems like thats a pretty good amount. And they also have zeaxanthin in them which is supposed to be good for eye health too.
Overall I’m super happy with these tablets. They’re easy to take they’re afordable and they seem to be really helping my eye health. I’d definitely recomend them to anyone who’s looking for a good eye supplement. Just remember to take them with food or they might not absorb as well!!

As someone working with computers even after hours, I see the effects of these pills immediately. How? The days I don’t take them I get headaches! So they do work, but they are not as complete as AREDS2 formulations. You may need to take additional supplement for full eye health and protection. Thanks for reading, and YMMV.

A little disconcerting that this Chinese manufactured eye supplement doesn’t actually list on the ingredients label what it contains in terms of amounts of lutein and other nutrients. It is as if the Chinese team tasked with the packaging didn’t understand that this is fairly important with supplements. The packaging is attractive, and the product arrived sealed, and states in the sales pitch that it has eye nutrients in it, but there is no way to determine what is in the product compared to other eye supplements.

Once I hit my late 50’s, I started experiencing floaters and flashes in one eye. This scared me until I found out that everyone’s eyes change when they get old where the gel inside the eye shrinks and naturally pulls away from the retina – something called posterior vitreous detachment (PVD). This made me immediately start looking for ways to improve my eye health. I started taking supplements from the major eye brand – something called “AREDS”, which contains Lutein, Vitamin C, Zeaxanthin, Zinc & Vitamin E. I have no idea what any of them do, but they’re geared toward improving eye health. They are not at all inexpensive, but I want to keep my eyes working as long as possible.
This “zooone” brand supplement has many of the same ingredients, plus an addition list of other ingredients. It seems to be similar to the major brand PLUS a multivitamin list of ingredients. The similar ingredients between this and the major brand are in slightly less quantity, but still similar. This brand, like the major brand are at a high price point. These supplements seem to have good ingredients, but once I’m done with them I’m most likely going to continue with the other brands I’ve been using, since there isn’t really a price advantage to switching.
