First off, the size of the bottle is no joke! 150 capsules? That’s like a commitment, but in the best way possible. I liked that it felt like I was getting a lot of bang for my buck from the get-go. The capsules themselves are easy to swallow, which is great because I’ve tried other supplements before that felt like I was trying to down a marble – not fun. I didn’t think I’d feel anything noticeable, but within a week or so, I actually started feeling… lighter? I’m not talking about weight loss – I just felt more in sync with myself. I had more energy in the mornings, and the usual afternoon slump wasn’t hitting me as hard. There’s something about the combo of sea moss, ashwagandha, and black seed oil that felt like it was balancing everything out inside me. Ashwagandha, especially, gave me this calm focus that I didn’t expect. I’m usually all over the place mentally by the end of the day, but I found I could stay a little more centered and less frazzled. It’s like my thoughts were smoothed out – weird to explain, but you’ll know it when you feel it. Black seed oil? I’d heard about its magic for skin, and while I wasn’t necessarily looking for that, my skin did seem a bit clearer after a few weeks – nice little bonus. The only “downside,” if you can even call it that, is just making sure you remember to take them consistently. With 150 capsules staring at me every morning, I had no excuse not to. But hey, it became part of my routine, and now I kind of look forward to it. In a nutshell, this supplement has been a surprisingly fun addition to my life. Nothing too dramatic, no overnight miracles, but a steady improvement in energy, focus, and just feeling good.

Like this supplement because of the combination of sea moss with tumeric. All items good for you to promote personal wellness. The price point is good for the amount of of capsules. Have been taking these for a couple weeks now and I believe I will keep taking these as it helps with energy boost and overall health. With the weather changing with the seasons where we live, I try to take extra supplements as illness prevention.
Didn’t rate this a 5 because of the pill size and difficulty to break open the capsules to add to a smoothie. These capsules are pretty big gel caps.

After dealing with a potentially deadly disease earlier this year (that I am probably not allowed to mention here), I had read that the ingredients in these capsules could be particularly beneficial, so I started taking this combo (from another brand) back in the spring. I can’t say that I ever noticed an identifiable difference in how I felt, whether with this brand or the one I used before, but I do know from reading about the various ingredients that they provide valuable benefits to one’s body. This particular bottle contains not only the blend I used to take, but also several more excellent ingredients. I’m giving this brand five stars because it’s a fantastic deal for the amount of capsules that you get, making it far more affordable than my former brand, which cost more than this one for only a one month supply. This is the one I’ll be sticking with in the future.

do they work? yeah for sure. is it worth it ? id say no. for the price you can get powdered creatine monohydrate and just drink a quick small glass of water instead of having to chew down 5 large gummies if you take a basic dose but if you take more then 5 grams a day its legit a workout just to eat these gummies. in my opinion they aren’t worth it…ill stick with cheap powdered creatine and at least then i know for a fact how much im taking., to each their own but ill pass.
