This nitric oxide booster by MONOHERB has been helping me both before and after my workouts. It seems to give me a noticeable improvement in blood flow and when I take it before my workouts seems to help with my pumps. I’ll take it about an hour before going to the gym.
If I take it afterwards, it helps with recovery after my workout.
I’ll continue to take this, as it is easy to swallow and is better than taking it in powder form.
Check with your physician before consuming this supplement as it may or may not help you, but it does for me.

The more I research and look into the benefits of taking dietary supplements, the more I learn about how supplementing with special compounds may help restore lost balances in my own personal well being.
Body builders swear by the two molecules in this formula, for increasing nitric oxide levels, and there are a host of other alleged benefits associated with this compound. Online science information and abstracts are available which discuss the benefits of the two molecules in this product, and AAKG compounds have proven useful for well being.
I am not making claims for this supplement, that it will cure prevent or treat any disease. Nevertheless, I do want to take supplements that will help me develop lean muscle, which all people lose after a certain age, little by little. I have noticed differences as I mature, and hope to restore what has ben lost with time and the aging process.
I am very curious to see whether supplementing with AAKG will be noticeable to me in any well, in terms of energy, and increased muscular strength.
We shall see, because if it is good enough for the weight lifting, body builders who know about muscle development. I do believe their trust and my research will be good enough for me.
