I have been wanting to try a creatine supplement due to the many benefits it has for women. I heard about Boost Nutra from a friend who uses it and loves it. I just started taking them a couple days ago and first of all they taste AMAZING but I’ve also noticed an improvement in my mood and mental focus since starting them. Looking forward to seeing the other benefits as I continue taking them!

I’ve been working through my tub for a while now and I’m quite satisfied. The taste is pleasant, and gummies makes it easy to incorporate into my daily routine; not to mention it’s a nice break from the powders and OJ. I’ve noticed some improvement in my motivation and drive during workouts – def a small boost and for being off preworkouts it’s feeling great having a little pick-me-up in these gummies.

I love these for a variety of reasons but #1 is convenience. It’s so easy to grab a handful on the way out the door. So much better than having to scoop out powder and mix a smoothie or stir it up in juice.
The other thing I love is boost I get from the other ingredients—assume that’s the B12. Anyway—this is more than just creatine and I can feel it.
The taste is as I expected—pretty tasty—it’s not candy but I definitely don;t understand other complaints about the taste. I read the reviews before I ordered so I was a little worried but I was pleasantly surprised because the taste was good.
Finally I LOVE that it’s made in the USA. I’m trying to buy US made products, not crap made in China. I know that this is what the label says it is and that matters to me.

I had been searching for creatine product. I heard about them from a family member who loved them. They help with thought processes and feel better when completing tasks now. Took in the morning with breakfast. No side effects. Easy to take. I can think more clearly. Helps with workouts also.

I started taking these Creatine gummies before I workout and I have gotten a boost of energy and am burning fat easier. The texture is great. Not super gummy but not hard. The taste is good at the beginning but then an after taste comes in which is not great.

i like it. been doing just dry scoops of creatine for the past couple of years so this was a very much so welcomed change of pace to the taste buds. 1g per gummy, so in a preload phase currently. digests fine. still too soon to mention efficacy but we shall see!

My initial impression of the tropical fruit flavor was “wow these taste pretty good!”…kind of a piña colada type flavor. However, moments later came a lingering not-so-great aftertaste. I’ve been looking for a good creatine supplement after reading up on the benefits of creatine, so naturally I was curious to try this product that features other complementary wellness ingredients in a convenient gummy. What I didn’t note prior to ordering was the recommended dose is pretty high – 3 to 5 gummies, so a package will only supply you for 30 days at the most. I already take several other supplements, including some in a gummy format, so I’d personally rather have something more concentrated, if that’s an option. That being said, it seems to be a solid supplement, US made, and promises purity and integrity in the production. Packaging shows marketing savvy – nicely boxed, came with a sticker. If you’re taking creatine and want to do an “all in one” supplement for all-around well being as well as post workout, this product is a solid choice for around a dollar a day, depending on your needs.
