These aren’t my favorite creatine gummies ever but I do like them a lot. They have a lot going for them. The flavor is a very light strawberry. The texture is good too they don’t stick to my teeth which I like 🙂 They have 5,000 mg per serving which is the only thing I think could be improved. My current favorite creatine gummy has 7,200 mg per serving. But these are still a really good option for creatine and I’m happy with them overall.

I have been taking lemon flavored creatine chews for a while now and thought I would mix it up with these ones.
The chews look like bright red gummy bears and are clumped together a bit, but can be pried off easily.
You are supposed to take 4 daily.
At first glance the ingredients are great: Creatine Monohydrate, L-Taurine, B12 etc. No sugar added, but sweetened with Stevia. all the other ingredients are things I can pronounce: Pectin, Sodium Citrate, Citric Acid, fruits extracts* (more to that later)
What makes these not work for me are the smell and taste. They smell strongly of artificial strawberry flavor, something sour(the creatine?) and something very slightly musty. The taste is very sweet strawberry flavor with a texture slightly softer than gummy bears. They also leave a weird greasy aftertaste for me.
Granted, this is a supplement and not a gourmet food item, but for me these are just too cloyingly sweet. to eat every day.
As for the ingredients I have some questions:
*”fruits extract” in the ingredients- If this is actually flavored with real strawberry extract I apologize to the company, (AND I’ll eat my hat) but it smells and tastes like artificial flavoring to me. The typo “fruits extract” instead of “fruit extract” does also not instill confidence in me. To get a strawberry taste this strong you would need a lot of real strawberry powder/juice, which would definitely not have this bright a color.
So where does the bright red color come from anyway? Nowhere is any coloring agent mentioned in the ingredients. So this makes me wonder about the accuracy of the ingredient list.
Just one more fact: The company that sells these is Hurdilen, and they usually make sports equipment. This is the only supplement they sell. I even went to their main website and all they make are resistance bands, swim goggles and such.
Looking further I could not find any indication to where this supplement was made. One of the little round icons says USA with the US flag. As the company is based in China, I am wondering what the USA icon is doing there. Of course it could be produced by a US company and then packaged under the Hurdilen brand, but why not print that on the bottle if that is the case.
Another question mark for me is the GMP (good manufacturing standards certified) icon. It is on there, but the FDA does not have any record of Hurdilen being certified. Of course – again- it could be made by a different certified company, but if that is the case, mention the company the made it. (i.e: made in US by XYZ for Hurdilen)
Am I too picky? Maybe – but I like to know what I am putting in my body….
Electronics –
One of the key things for me is that this supplement is sugar free and naturally sweetened. The gummies are easy to chew and not sticky. I don’t know whether they are “working”, but I haven’t experienced any negative side effects. I’ll continue to take these for now. Obviously, each person is different, so these may have a more noticeable on others than they did for me. It’s worth trying them out, especially since it’s made in the US.

These gummies had a nice fruity flavor and good consistency. I’ve been trying to build muscle so these seem like a good addition to my diet. I’ve used them for weeks now and I have seen a bit of a difference. I would recommend this product.

In the past I haven’t been crazy about creatine because of the extra steps needed to prepare a drink to take it, which ends up being gritty. These gummies are a prep-free and grit-free way to take creatine supplements with no hassle. They taste great too! They’re shown as strawberry flavored but they taste more like cherry to me. It doesn’t matter though, the point is that they taste like candy and are very convenient.
