this is a great brand of creatine. It offers the same quantity of creatine and two small gummy’s. It’s much more convenient and almost every other case and they taste great. My only regret is not switching to this brand sooner.

Title says it all. Got for fun to complement my hubby and my workouts and it definitely was a snack to look forward to once a day. So yummy, not sure if it worked though muscle wise.

My review of a previous purchase was raving about this product.(see below). Now aafter the NEW & IMPROVED formula they don’t taste very good, they are harder rather than soft and chewy and coated in a powder. Not to mention now you have to take more gummies than the old formula.
Contacted the seller and also Amazon however the eeller has not replied to either complaint. These are also NON- RETURNABLE!
Will not buy again.
These help provide the little extra while working out and taste GREAT! I have tried others and these taste the best BY FAR!

I always struggle to stay on top of supplements every day because I’m forgetful and hate anything that takes longer than a minute. I haven’t missed my creatine since I bought these because it’s easy to just go to my pantry and pop a couple gummies. Really nice to not have to stir the powder into a beverage and wait for it to dissolve. Easy to get down and hasn’t given me any stomach upset or cramping like conventional creatine. Nice that you only have to take 2 for a full serving as well and less guesswork than with scooping a powder which is not always consistently 5g.

I loved these magnesium gummies! Good quality, and it tastes amazing! Has a hard lookin shape but is actually spongy and easy to chew and swallow. Not overly sweet, just right with a trace of a tasty flavor. This by far is the most convenient and tasty way to get my creatine fix. Especially for me as a frequent traveler!! This is definitely worth every dime for me.

These USED to be good until my most recent shipment of their ‘improved new formula’. The lighter colored gummy on the left is the old formula, it had a really delicious blueberry flavor! The flavor isn’t nearly as good with the new ones. The gummies are smaller and more dense. You now have to take 4 gummies instead of 2. It’s like they double it to up their price without doubleing the creatine. The price also went up $10/jar with this formula. Not impressed. I’m canceling my auto ship order and finding a different company to go with.
