These taste wonderful. They do not have a discernible smell. They keep my energy level the same as it is when I take powder creatine. It is made with high quality ingredients. I can take them with me when I travel without having to worry about carrying a white powder through the airport. I have been on and off with creatine monohydrate for a few months, but with 2025 starting, want to get my training back, track calories in/out, all of that. Got a chance to try these creatine gummies in the blueberry flavor and WOW! These taste phenomal, and only 4 pieces in one go will be equivalent to 5g of creatine monohydrate intake. We all know the long term good effects of creatine when you mix with training, and while I didn’t mind mixing it in water where the flavor isn’t too bd, it’s almost always that last bit that settled at the bottom that gave you a whiff like “ugh… okay, let’s train.” Scooping up 4, popping them at once and chewing on these however, it’s like candy I like, I gotta remind myself to just limit to 4 to get my 5g daily, and to make it last the month each container is in serving size. Will absolutely order these again, and I can’t wait to try the strawberry flavor next to find which I prefer. Totally recommended!

They have a pleasant flavor (which is good because you have to eat 4 of them to equal a single serving) and the Creatine helps me feel better following my work out.
