I usually take it about 30-60 minutes before workouts by adding 1 scoop (5 g) to water or juice, stir and drink. You may choose to take more or less based on your body weight and goals. Although this Amazon listing details “country of origin: China”, the company states that “each product we produce is carefully formulated and rigorously tested for purity, potency and safety. We source our ingredients from trusted, vetted suppliers before manufacturing.” Also, the company has 60 years of experience in vitamins and supplements and their products are backed by ingredients with best in class, evidence-based clinical research. If you are in the market for a clean, quality Creatine supplement, then by all means, give this product by Nature’s Wonder a try.

I use creatine daily in my supplement routine. I either put it in my pre workout protein shake or in OJ on rest days.
This creatine comes in a nice container with a screw top lid and also includes a scoop. The dose is 1 scoop but can be adjusted for your body size and needs. It dissolves quickly and has no flavor.
It’s hard to evaluate if the product is effective since it takes time, but the ingredients are pure and verified. This creatine is good and a great value for 90 servings.

This particular creatine powder is quite fine and dissolves well – though, I’ll be honest, I’m a monster and I just toss the powder in my mouth and choke it down. It’s faster and creatine is flavorless. This product checks all the boxes for what you want and what you don’t. If you’re willing to pay extra for them stating it is free of all of the things they say, then this is a good buy. For me, I’m dropping one star simply because pure creatine is going to be very similar and this is pretty pricey. But I recommend it if you want a trusted brand with good sourcing.
