For those who have never tried creatine before, I highly suggest you do some research on it first, before you buy. Most people who take creatine do it wrong and expect expect more than it’s going to deliver.
That being said, here are the things that matter. The product has no off flavors and is very neutral. While it doesn’t dissolve particularly well, it’s no more grainy than other creatine monohydrate powders I’ve tried. The value is great, being one of the cheaper creatine monohydrate powders I’ve found.
The product seems to work just as I’d expect. Water weight gain seemed pretty normal during my loading phase. During the same period I had a slightly off stomach, but again, nothing outside the normal. In summary, It’s creatine. It’s hasn’t been adulterated with bs ‘special additives’ that promise magical results. It does what it says on the tin, at a good price, which was exactly what I was looking for.

I have been taking Creatine Monohydrate for years and this was the first time I’ve tried the Livegis brand. I was actually shocked at how large the container was when it arrived. It seems to be a good amount of quality product for the price. It mixes well and has no taste or artificial colors. This has micro fine particles and mixes well in all liquids. If you are new to taking creatine, I suggest that you follow the loading phase on the instructions. It will assist you in getting the proper levels quickly. It was unnecessary for me already currently taking creatine. The expiration date on the bottom of container was printed with blue ink and the year is hardly legible There is a large amount of 100 servings per container. Each serving contains 5g of creatine. Glad to see over another batch of creatine powder I worked with that was so darn fine that it caused sort of static and was prone to sort of clumping than jumping off the spoon which resulted in little poofs of powdered creatine which was a hassle and a mess, a small one worth a laugh the first time but something I would prefer to avoid. This one is pretty fine and sorta does that as well which thankfully I learned to be cautious with this stuff but even having said that this stuff isn’t nearly as prone to the same sort of static messiness which is appreciated! Full container and a lot of serving sizes to work with in a good price range!

I really like this micronized Creatine. The powder is as fine as cake flour, pure white, and it dissolves instantly in my morning coffee or tea. To me it has almost no flavor, and in coffee I can’t taste it at all. I was ingesting a 5 gram serving of this in mornings and about 5 grams in gummies late in the day. However, I didn’t stay as well-hydrated as I needed to and had elevated creatinine in blood tests my doctor ordered. He recommended a lot more water and that I drop the afternoon dose, since creatinine is a natural result of creatine metabolism.
This seems to be as high quality and as pure as Creatine from any better-known brand I’ve tried.
