First, I am familiar with the benefits and uses of glutamine and BCAA’s intra and post-workout.
Second, I enjoy Evlution Nutrition’s other products such as their BCAA complex and their pre-workout concoctions. Because of my opinion of their other products I ordered this glutamine supplement to assist with recover.
Unfortunately, I really don’t notice much difference using this glutamine, which makes it a waste of money to me. It’s smooth and dissolves well. It also has a slight, manageable taste.
I will rate this 3 stars because it may help a bit, seems to be soluble, but doesn’t make a large difference for me. I would still encourage those who do not have a BCAA/glutamine-infused solution intra and post-workout to try this product. It may make a larger difference to others and that would certainly validate its low, competitive price.
