I am new to creatine. So I tried to do research before. What I noticed is it does dehydrate you. I only take half a scoop and try to drink an extra glass of water. If I don’t, sometimes I wake up with a slight headache. Which I know is due to not drinking enough water. Outside of that I feel like it’s giving me more energy during my workouts and strength.

I been consuming creatine from a few well know brands for years, so I guess I’m kind of familiar with the stuff. For the last 2 weeks I’ve been taking this stuff, and I give it a thumbs up. It seems to be on par with any of the other creatine I’ve had. Zero issues whatsoever.
It’s a very fine powder and dissolves well in plain old tap water. If you’ve used micronized creatine before, you know it dissolves better than ordinary creatine, but it still takes a little bit of time. All good in my book. As expected, it’s basically flavorless and completely odorless.
Overall worth it. I would get it again.

Bluebonnet is an established and reputable brand, and at 60 servings, it is a great buy for $19.96 (at the time of this review).
I recently started to incorporate creatine into my diet, and I am pleased with this product. It dissolves pretty well and doesn’t have an odd flavor. I mix it with my daily fiber and can’t taste it at all! Even with plain water, it’s flavorless.
I am thrilled to have found this, and at such a reasonable price, and it’s comforting to know I can trust that what is on the label, is what is going into my body.

I’m happy with this creatine – it is great for adding in to drinks/shakes/smoothies and seems to work just fine for me. Nothing else really to say about it as of now – it is as expected and I’m happy with it.

I am needing to add on a little weight and this product is great for mixing into your own smoothies in the mornings and not having to be locked into the usual vanilla or chocolate flavored powders is nice.
