I’ve literally been taking this for at least 10yrs and have no complaints.
The most I would take at a time was 2 capsules which I thought was fine once it was in my system.
Typically I finish a bottle and give my body time to reset before starting a new one, probably not necessary but just what I like to do.
Most recently I decided to take the suggested 3 capsule serving amount and since doing so I can honestly say for the first time since I started taking this product, I can feel the thermal effect almost immediately after taking.
I’m literally hot all the time now!
I walk into the gym and start sweating!
Other than an Ensure Max protein shake I don’t take any other supps but Kre.
Would definitely recommend but be sure to drink an adequate amount of water to prevent cramping!

Did the job and worked very strong. They just aren’t quite for me. The taste is neutral, they go down easy but the caffeine kicks in pretty heavily. I’m going to stick with the regular version of their creatine for now. I may mix this one into it as time progresses. Recommend for those who love that kick of caffeine, for those who are sensitive, stick to the basics.

I am a 58 year old retired male hardgainer. I spent the last ten years of a career behind the desk for long hours and now working on working out the kinks caused from sitting behind the computer for so long. I am normally a little high strung with a little hypertension, so putting on weight and frequent exercise is a problem When I do exercise, I want to make it worth my while. I have both the EFX and the Hardcore. I take the Hardcore pre workout and EFX post. The Hardcore has the caffeine and green coffee extract added to get you a little more jacked up and it does. I also just take a couple of EFX on recovery days and those recovery days without the Hardcore are very therapeutic. I’m pleased with the results, but would be cautious on the over-use of the Hardcore if you have hypertension like me. More is generally not better.

I was looking for a High Strength Creatine Product and came across this one. I had used a Kre-Alkalyn Creatine before and was impressed with it, and this one didn’t let me down. It’s a Good Product and you can feel it working after you take it. I’m glad I purchased this and will purchase it again when needed.
