I got this product a few days ago. Started taking them, and was expecting to give it some time to start working. For a long time I’ve been dealing with mood swings, inability to concentrate, stress, anxiety attacks: just a complete mess. It got so bad, I’m at the point this uncontrolled behavior will cause me to lose my job, my relationship & the little I have. So, I noticed not to long after my first dose this calm, mentally ‘together’ feeling was over me. Still aware that I’m in the middle of one of my random moods that would cause me to call off from work any other day,..I didn’t this time. I’m aware of my feelings BUT I’m coping with it. There’s not a drowsy, disconnected feeling, none of that.
Now I’m on my 4th day of taking the pills, nothing has changed in reference to my environment, etc etc, that’s how I know this is for real. I’m thinking more clearly, I’m able to sit and work and haven’t blew up once. My words are making sense, still need more work. Lol. Overall, I’m glad I got this product. Not expecting this to resolve my issues permanently, I’m clear that I will have to start making changes to relieve what stresses me out so badly.
They arrived on time, no side effects, took one without eating and there wasn’t any nauseous/sick feeling. It works FAST!!! Great investment.

I am taking this supplement for about two weeks, I take it for RLS problem. Dose one cap in morning. It works fine from the second day of start. The only side effect I am getting is insomnia. I have insomnia for long, it has mildly increased, I thought the opposite will happen. In any standard this is a good supplement to try. Finally my RLS got better, My legs are calm almost every nights from the start. I found taking plenty of water is useful while under this supplementation.

I have run the gambit of different anti-depressants the past 10-12 years. I have taken Celexa (Citalophram) for the past 9 years. I don’t feel it is always effective and upsets my stomach so I can’t increase the dosage to increase the effectiveness. I tried this Mood Enhancer and I feel it is quite effective. I also have my son using it and he, too, is prescribed Celexa for the past year. Neither of us have experienced side effects from this natural mood enhancer and it makes a noticeable difference. I’ve barely been using it for a week, and both natural and Rx remedies can take up to 6 weeks for maximum effectiveness so I expect the results to continue to improve. I am only taking 1 a day. The dosage is 1 or 2 capsules daily so I can also increase to 2 a day if needed. There is no foul odor and the capsules are easy to swallow.

For some reason it made me feel very lethargic. I usually don’t do very well with GABA, so I think this may be it.

Well it didn’t help that much. I am rapid cycling bipolar I (more depressed and anxious, plus I have OCD.) and this made it worse and unstable.
I started taking 5 htp with b6 50 mg 2 times a day and inositol 1000 mg 2 tabs at bedtime and they help a lot more. I thought with the chamomile extract it would help my anxiety but I’d rather just drink the tea.

Estou tomando o suplemento há cerca de três semanas. Sinto que ajudou nas minhas oscilações de humor e estou menos emocional. Acredito que ele tira um pouco da intensidade dos meus humores, tornando-os mais estáveis. Vou continuar a tomá-lo regularmente.
