Easy to chew creatine that tastes like strawberry cream? Yes! Beats the mixing of powders and choking down yet another drink. This is made without sugar and has a pleasant taste. Recommended dose is 2 gummies per day (5000 mg = 5 g), which is a comparable dose to the 5g scoop that comes with most powder supplements. This product is more cost effective than powders 90 doses versus 25 – 30 doses with the powder form.

This is ElevateLife brand Creatine Monohydrate Gummies 5000mg for Men & Women Strawberry supplement. This is a 2-pack of 90 strawberry flavored gummmies. Each gummy will last 45 days. This is a good deal. The supplement contains creatine monohydrate and no other active ingredients. That makes this easy to add into your regimen. I like that it is sugar and gluten free. I like that it is made in a GMP facility. I have had ElevateLife products before and have always liked them. This is a good product too. This is a tasty way to get your daily creatine!

They’re a little bit gritty, a hard gummy, with a bit of strawberry-like flavor. It’s not too strong.
Suspiciously, they do claim to have 5g of creatine in just 2 gummies. I dropped 50 gummies on my kitchen scale to get an average mass of 2.8g per gummy. (It was 140g for the 50.) So, somehow, there’s 5g of creatine and another 4g of carbs in 5.6g of 2 gummy bears. The 12 calories listed suggest it’s more like 3g of carbs, but that still doesn’t add up. Lucky for me, I don’t want a whole 5g dose, but I’d still like to know how much is really there.

The strawberry flavor hit me right away when I opened the bottle, and I couldn’t help but think they smelled like candy, which was a nice surprise. The texture was soft and chewy, making them easy to take without feeling like I was forcing down another supplement. I’ve always been used to mixing powder in water, so this was a completely different experience. The convenience of just popping a couple of gummies felt almost too good to be true, but I stuck with it daily and found myself looking forward to it, almost like a mini reward. After a few weeks, I noticed the same strength and endurance benefits I’d expect from creatine powder, but without the hassle of mixing or carrying a shaker. It’s a small thing, but the gummies are so easy to toss in my bag when I’m heading out that I never have to worry about forgetting them. The portion size is generous, and it feels like a lot is packed into each gummy, but they’re still light and not overly sweet. I even found myself chuckling at how something as simple as a gummy could feel like it was changing up my whole supplement routine. It’s like they take away the seriousness of fitness supplements and make it a little more enjoyable without compromising on what they’re supposed to do.

Overall a decent tasting strawberry flavor to these Creatine Monohydrate Gummies. It’s a little strange to market gummies for men and women that are shaped like teddy bears but obviously that doesn’t affect the product in any negative way. I really can’t add anything that’s not included on the product page or the labels, but I’d like to comment on what information is not provided: The origin of the product. I’m a little hesitant to recommend this product because there is no information provided on where these gummies are manufactured or even country of origin. A search of the ElevateLife brand on the web also turned up empty. I feel this is vital information to provide in any health or nutrition product but ElevateLife at the time of this review does not.

Honestly, it’s no different from regular creatine. Just a more convenient way to take it in. 90 day supply of creatine gummies for $35 is pretty good considering you’re getting them in gummy form. Yea you could prolly also just just toss a scoop of 5 grams of creatine into your mouth and chase it down. But hey, this makes it much easier to travel with and the price is competitive. Flavor tastes spot on, easily recommend!

I love the Creatine Monohydrate Gummies! Each gummy packs 5000mg of creatine in a delicious strawberry flavor, making it a tasty alternative to powders. They support muscle strength and recovery, and with 180 gummies in a bottle, they’re perfect for daily use. Plus, they’re sugar-free and vegan, which is a bonus. If you’re looking for a convenient way to boost your workout performance, these gummies are a fantastic choice! 💪🍓

The label claims that 2 gummies have 5 grams of creatine. 2 gummies weigh 5.5 grams. It is simply not credible that these are 91% creatine by weight. Serious creatine gummies that are 3rd party tested claim about 1 gram of creatine per gummy – less than 30% by weight.
Further, there is no sweetener listed on the label!! It says it doesn’t contain artificial sweetener, but doesn’t list anything sweet. It could be stevia, monk fruit maltitol, other alcohols – who knows!!
They taste pretty good, but they have a smell a bit like play-doh mixed with strawberries. I would not recommend these since we have no idea how much creatine is in them, nor what sweetener is used.
