I have been using one sol products for awhile and can say besides the flavor being good, I use twice a day for hydration.

This product reallllly helped with my soreness from working out. Even after taking it after my workout. I give it a 4 only because i wish the taste was a little better. It has great potential taste wise . I wish it had a stronger taste similar to koolaid, it’s almost there just needs a little more. Other than that I’ll continue to use this product.

I love the flavor and it doesn’t give me the after taste. What I also love about the product is that it keeps me hydrated and energize throughout the whole workout without feeling the soreness. I did sweat while working out. I just kept sipping while I was working out. The flavor was so delicious. I can’t wait to finish this so I can buy a second bottle.

Being very physically active, that I am, I require supplementation of my electrolyte intake, for my best performance, and for joint and tendon recovery, which I find that electrolytes work well for, since they’re comprised, in part, of minerals that are essential for the body’s functioning. This product works well for my physical conditioning and nutritional supplementation intake, as a powdered form drink mix product. I found that the extra boost in hydration helped out in several ways, such as that I needed to urinate less frequently, but more effectively, when I did use the restroom. Also, my joints felt better, and more limber, upon integrating this product in to my daily routine. Thanks!

Love the flavor. It’s more sweet than other BCAAs… turns out that because they add sucralose, which destroys your gut microbiome. Wish I would have read the fine print.

I got the BCAA In both flavors blueberry and Gummy bear and I will say the taste is amazing. I drank it during my workout and it was very refreshing. I just put it in a regular water and it mixed very easily with a few shakes. Definitely helps keep me hydrated during my workout and after
