After the test period here are my LIKES, DISLIKES, and my Honest review of this Muscle recovery BCAA hydration powder.
LIKES:
I liked that mix well, fast no crumbles
I liked that didn’t have NO ugly smells
I liked that didn’t have a bad aftertaste
I liked that it has NOT BANNED SUBSTANCES
I liked that was easy on my stomach and had no digestive troubles
I liked the flavor
I liked the serving (one scoop) of 450 ml. fits on my small shake bottle
I liked the information label
I liked Aids well on my recovery and muscle re-hydration
I liked that I could use it, after and during my training.
I liked there’s no Crash
DISLIKES:
I didn’t like that the seal didn’t peel correctly.
( not a big deal, it’s just that if not careful, you will end up with small little pieces of paper inside the container and in your powder mix ).
FINAL:
It provided me with good rehydration and muscle recovery. I tried it with cold water and it tasted great.
I had no stomach troubles and it worked as intended with no crash after hrs. Of intense High impact training. Lots of cardio and power lift, bike, rowing, swimming, and track field; no troubles at all. Aid me for after and during training.
Mix well with no clumps and I can take another scoop and keep it in the bottom of my shaker for after training. I just added cold water, worked just fine. I definitely will buy more of this brand; it gave me the results I was looking for.
Wish I could have a container of this product with more servings!
Value Price is debatable for the serving size, but it’s a quality product.

It’s hard to review this product, because like any supplement, you could take it for months before you notice any change. Also, if you’re taking other supplements, it’s hard to say what’s helping – and of course your workout schedule/intensity and diet plays a huge factor. It has some high quality ingredients, which have been tested over the years and proved to be beneficial, so I guess this works (?). I sip it as I workout and it keeps me hydrated. The powder mixes up pretty well, and it tastes like lemonade. It’s not amazing tasting, but it’s not horrible either. After all, who takes supplements for their amazing taste?!

Amazon has this as 60 servings. It’s 30 but 60 if you half scooped it.
So 30 servings. Flavor is good, it’s a recovery aid more than just BCAA’s. To buy everything seperate would be expensive so I think it’s worth it

It mixes well, tastes good, but a little sweeter than I like. You get 30 servings but then it states to take 1/2 to 1 full scoop. So, if you took 1/2 a scoop you would get 60 servings out of it, but not the maximum benefit. Not sure why the directions are not direct. Anyhow, it seems to help me in recovery… not as sore 2 days later. Is it doing anything else? It is like asking is an apple a day truly keeping the doctor away. I have no idea. But if it is high in antioxidants and supplying more oxygen to the muscles and increasing creatine levels it’s a win win for me, and that can’t be bad. I hope this helps in your decision making.

It is the product I ordered, but wrong flavour. It is Lemon Squeeze, not Lemon Lime, as advertised. Disappointing.
