Liking this NAC supplement so far, no negative effects noted and the capsule size is reasonable. Hoping to experience some benefits with this over the longer term.

I got this because I take NAC for the health benefits it may possibly have. I take many supplements and have been doing so for years. But out of all my supplements NAC is my number 1 that I prefer. The reason is I put a lot of effort in maintaining and possibly/hopefully improving my liver health seeing how it’s involved in about everything the body does imo. And the liver makes glutathione the strongest antioxidant in the body. The liver uses this antioxidant to protect itself against health threats and the rest of the body does too. Glutathione is actually stronger than astaxanthin which is 6000 times stronger than Vitamin C. Some people attempt to take glutathione on its own but that’s full of challenges imo. First of all it doesn’t do well in oral form imo due to the digestive acids. Second seeing how it’s so strong,,, too much could actually be worse than too little possibly. The body/liver maintains a delicate balance of this antioxidant to produce only what we may need. And that’s the beauty of NAC imo. It’s a precursor to Glutathione. It offers the ingredients needed to make it, if the liver so desires. With a consistent regimen of NAC the liver has this precursor at its disposal. I like 1800 mgs of this daily with three 600 mgs caps split morning, midday and before bed. This brand is offering 600 mgs caps which is spot on with what I use. They also as you can see on the seller page third party lab test their products here in the USA. I see so many companies here on Amazon stating third party lab testing but when you ask to see it, they say they have a policy due to privacy or some other mumbo jumbo keeping them from showing it to you. To me that’s a Huge red flag. If they can’t show you the results it’s basically back to the ‘Trust Me’ level. I have bought some fakes in the past unknowing at the time because I ‘trusted them’. I wasted my time and money and don’t even want to think about what really was in the caps. Notice too on this batch that was tested that the cap came in at 622 mgs. So dosage on that cap was actually more than claimed. I highly encourage requesting to see lab results to avoid getting any less than what you agree to pay for. Thankfully with a company like this one they are more than proud to have clear transparency posting the results so you don’t even have to ask. I highly recommend this and I had no sides. I’ve been talking these vitamins for a few weeks now. I can’t palpably point to any obvious physical symptoms indicating immediate improvement, but more importantly, I also haven’t experienced any negative symptoms in these past few weeks. So, if you consider me some kind of guinea pig for you, well, this guinea pig is still alive and kicking.

It’s really hard to tell immediately how the quality of NAC is. I’ve been taking it for a few years and it’s effects are pretty subtle on a good day. However over time you start to notice that you’re taking it and it’s helping.
Pristine’s is a capsule form, I hadn’t taken it in capsules before. It comes with three pretty large bottles that are sealed very well and have fairly big capsules. The main thing that I noticed is that the capsules digest really easily, like, really easily. No reflux or stomach discomfort that you run across all too often these days. You can tell they dissolve quickly and that’s a big plus. There’s obviously no taste b/c of the capsules which is a nice touch. The bottles are sealed really well at two levels to keep everything dry and moisture out.
If you’re looking to try NAC, this is as good of a product as any I’ve tried.

We ordered these capsules as a supplement to my health regime. I have been taking it for quite a while from another manufacturer. Honestly, NAC capsules have a strong odor. In these capsules, the NAC capsules have less of an issue with the strong smell I am accustomed to. The quantity versus cost is a pretty good deal. If you take NAC supplements, I can recommend these. I give them 5 stars.

I started taking glynac experimentally a couple of years ago when my sister read about it in a medical journal and I volunteered to be the family guinea pig. I’m a believer. I’ve taken other Pristines supplements and always been pleased with the quality, and the price. This one is no different. I’ll definitely replenish when I run out. No ill effects and easy to take. Recommended. As with all supplements, do your own research and listen to your own body!

I used to scoff at all of the vitamins and supplements most of my life…but lo and behold as I have sprinted into being old…I am changing my mind. Funny how that happens.
There is a lot of great things being written about NAC, and my doctor recommended trying it out. First time I have seen a doctor in 30 years. Nothing wrong with me, but like most folks…it’s best to try and stay ahead of things.
Preventive is the best medicine. It’s a pretty good deal for the price, and I figure…why not be health conscious for once in my life. I have always taken my health for granted, but now I am grudgingly doing something about it.

If you are use to taking NAC then you know that the sulfur smell means it’s the genuine product. This brand passes that test. Although it smells bad when I put my nose in the bottle there is no bad taste or aftertaste. This brand contains the symbols I look for on supplements such as made in the USA in a GMP certified facility with third party testing. The current price of $57.97 for three bottles comes to approximately 32 cents a pill which is on the high side for NAC. When I buy in quantity I usually expect a discount. Although this seems like a good product I am not seeing any difference from other quality brands to justify the price.
