In all seriousness. This is another great creatine product. Creatine should be very consistent from product to product and without laboratory tests, it could just be powdered sugar. So get your sweet, sweet gains. The only downside is the lack of a spoon in the container, but even that isn’t a big deal.

Without a lab to analyze the chemical makeup, I can’t comment on the quality of the mix, but my impressions are good. I’ve used a lot of creatine over the decades, and this gives me the instant boosts that I’m used to… so it’s most definitely creatine and not just fake powder.
I especially like the texture. Very powdery. I’ve had some that were much more granular, and those could be annoying to drink (bordering on repulsive). I shake this in a bottle with water and some instant beverage-mix, and I it’s not bad at all (I consider this high praise). While it mixes well, the powder does begin settling towards the bottom within 10 seconds, so I make sure to shake/spin my bottle every time I take a drink.
No clumps in the mix, but I received mine about 2 months after the manufacturing date (with about 3 years until expiration). Good tight freshness seal, and a tamper seal. Good quality bottle with attractive/professional labeling. The ONLY thing I’d dock points on would be the lack of inclusion of a 5 gram plastic spoon… I have some old ones (from past creatine purchases) I can use, but I found it odd that they didn’t put one in. This is a small complaint though, as a teaspoon will work as well for most folks.

My husband has been using creatine supplements for many years. He has tried many different brands in that time and not all of them are winners. The SAN Performance Creatine is on par with some of the top mainstream brands that he has tried.
While he does normally prefer something flavored, he can mix this unflavored powder into any shake or smoothie without altering the taste. Or, you can just add it to plain water, and drink it that way, too. On its own, it still doesn’t taste bad. There really isn’t any flavor whatsoever.
The powder is fine and mixes quickly when shaken vigorously in a blender bottle or blended in a blender. With just a spoon and room temperature water, it took a little longer to mix but still fully dissolved. (no clumps left behind)
As with other good quality creatine powders, this product does help tremendously with muscle recovery and fatigue, especially if you really push yourself weight lifting. My husband didn’t notice any jitteriness which can come with many supplements.

Nothing special about any of these powders. All 100% Creatine Monohydrate powders are exactly the same else they wouldn’t be 100%. This one is packaged well, mixes well, and has no flavor. No scoop included though so better to keep your old scoop if you have one. Else instructions say to use 1 tablespoon.

I’ve been taking creatine for about 20 years, cycling on and off. This is just like other creatine brands but cheaper price. It is white powder and tasteless, so you pretty mix it up with anything. So far I’m getting great results from this product in the gym.

I like this product. Number 1 because it has absolutely no tastes when I mix it with water and #2 I’ve seen gains… and I will continue to take this brand without a doubt…..Why change what works….

My son started weight lifting a few months ago and he asked for some creatine to try. I got him this one. It’s a small container but it lasts a long time. You use more the first week then cut back the following weeks. It’s a smooth white powder. He says it mixes very well and has no taste, so he adds it to his water. He’s happy with it and said he’d stick with this brand when it’s gone. So it gets my recommendation.
