These gummies have a slightly grainy texture, so you can feel the granules, but they’re still tasty enough to enjoy—almost like sour berry candies. I also appreciate that they don’t contain artificial sweeteners and aren’t overly sweet.
I’ve tried many creatine gummies and often wonder how such small gummies can really contain 5g of creatine. However, these gummies are BIG (seen sitting on my fist), making it easy to believe that a serving of four gummies provides 5g of creatine monohydrate as claimed.
Lately, I’ve been doing a lot of DIY projects, including yard work, and my joints and muscles have been aching for weeks. After chewing on these gummies, I could swear my aches recovered noticeably faster. I suspect it might be due to the extra ingredients like Panax Ginseng and Astragalus in addition to Creatine.
Regardless, I’m thoroughly enjoying the benefits—and the taste—of these gummies!

These gummies are very easy to chew and don’t stick to your teeth. They are really neutrally flavored even though the container claims the gummies are mixed berry flavor.
Many claims are made for creatine from helping to build muscle mass to brain health. I suggest you do research and decide for yourself if you would like to try this supplement. And you should satisfy yourself that this supplement will help you and certainly do no harm.
The “dose” is 4 gummies – at that rate the rather large container of gummies will last a month.
As for myself, I have not taken them long enough to see if they make a difference. I am hoping to get a boost of energy from these gummies. Time will tell.
In the meanwhile, do your research, shop around and see if these gummies are for you. Overall, it seems like a goodly supply of easily chewed gummies for the money.

I was super excited to try these. Upon opening them I noticed the packaging looked awesome, the ingredients were great and the gummies were this cool kettlebell shape. I pop two in my mouth and go “what the…..”. The taste is initially medicinal tasting and gritty. The after taste is this sharp sour citrus flavor that’s like eating raw lemon.
I then look at the label and it says a serving is 4 total and I’m only half way there. I took them for 5 days thinking it might get better or I’d get used to it and I truly was like no I can’t stand these anymore. I had to throw them away.
Seems like a good product if they could just dial in their texture and flavor. Big no thank you from me.

Love the size of them, I take 2 after the gym. They do have a texture I wasn’t accustomed to once you start chewing them like a not smooth texture. So I stopped chewing them and just sorta let it dissolve. The texture overrides the flavor so I don’t taste too much but a hint of berry. It has more carbs (9g) than it does creatine (5g), cane sugar and tapioca syrup.

I like when the flavor isn’t supposed to taste like candy. I know this turns some people off, but it’s a good flavor, it just doesn’t TASTE like a ‘treat’. IT’S NOT SUPPOSED TO! 4 pieces to get a serving is a bit much though. Do the math, and that’s a 30-day supply for this price. You’d be better served with a powder-based alternative.

Each gummie has a little over 2Grams with 4 gummies the recommended dose, so a month’s supply, not a great bargain. There are some other ingredients that help support the Creatine. they taste great too. there is sugar in the gummies, color from natural ingredients.
