I get that creatine gummies are made for people who don’t want to take the powder – that makes sense. I personally do recommend the powder to most people when possible – it’s mainly flavorless, a lot cheaper than gummies, and doesn’t add too much texture to a drink. However, if you are going for gummies, I’m not 100% sure these are the best ones.
A lot of time, other gummies will say they have 5 grams of creatine in a serving, but it’s hard to believe. With these, I am very confident that a serving has the full amount of creatine – so these are good for that reason. However, I really do not enjoy the flavors of these gummies that much, and a whole 5 of these for a serving just feels… excessive. I like to focus on my health – this means I try to eat healthily. These make me feel like I’m eating artificial, synthetic-tasting mid candy, and I don’t like that. For the price, you get 30 servings. This is pretty low for a lot of different creating offerings online. Right now, it’s almost a dollar per serving — that’s pretty expensive! Again, I find the flavor to be “okay” and synthetic – think kinda like cough syrup, but not that bad. Just too synthetic sweet for me.
Overall, these are a decent option if you’re looking for creatine gummies. I recommend the powder over these if possible for price and flavor reasons. As I’d want these to taste better and be more enjoyable, I have to give them 3/5 stars – too expensive for how little enjoyment I get from them.

Creatine is a well studied supplement for gym goers and for those who want a little bit of mental boost. I take it regularly, hoping it will grant me a few more reps for my sets at the gym. And recently, I meet Force Factor creatine monohydrate gummies. Just by the professional packaging, I can tell, I am in for a good time.
As always, I cannot definitively discuss the results of this creatine supplement as there is no way to verify or prove that any improvement is due to the gummies, but no side effects experienced while enjoying these soft, chewy gumdrops. (And as a reference, I’ve been taking creatine for years. I honestly don’t feel anything strange or unusual when being on (or off) such supplement. It’s just a way of life now.)
And you read it right. “Enjoying” is certainly the right word. While majority of the time, I just buy the cheap creatine powder and mix it in my drink, when I have my Force Factor gummies, I actually look forward to giving my body its daily creatine intake. C’mon. It’s fun to see these colorful (almost) confections. And listen, I have reviewed a number of supplement gummies, these seem to be, thus far, to me, one of the BEST on the market. I am glad I was given a chance to review these!
The flavors… well… honestly, not bad! I appreciate that the package actually lists our what flavors are found inside. The listing says, “DELICIOUS GUMMIES IN 4 FRUIT FLAVORS: Treat yourself to max gains! Creatine Gummies come in Grape, Watermelon, Orange, and Lemon-Lime flavors.” No guessing needed! So far, I really enjoy the lemon-lime. Like a soda! Very fun! The added sugar (or sour acid) crystals on top really round out that candy look. Ngl, this supplement looks very delish! Some people may not like the “chalky” taste, but it honestly isn’t that bad. I’ve had worse, these are on the better end of the spectrum.
I actually like that you need to take 5 gummies for the recommended dose of 5 gram a day. Because different individuals have different goals and needs. And as far as creatine goes, you need anywhere from 2 to 5 grams daily. So 1 gummy equals 1 gram is a very easy way to adjust and tailor your own personal dose. Doesn’t get more simpler than this! (This also offers you a way to split your dose, maybe you would like a tiny creatine sweet after each meal. Easily done. In other words, you have eat all 5 gummies at once. Or you can eat them throughout the day. The choice is yours. From what I know, the effects should be the same once your body reaches creatine saturation.)
$27 for 1 month supply though, (assuming that you take the maximum recommended dose of 5 grams per day,) it is sort of steep, don’t you think? I don’t think I will consistently buy creatine supplement at this price. I would mix and match, month to month, so I keep it under budget.
With some things I do like, and some things that I do not, 4 stars! (Or 4.5 stars, but no way of inputting that.)

I want to start by saying that the jar doesn’t say anything about how it is manufactured, where it is manufactured, or the sourcing of the manufacturing ingredients, which to me always suggests that it doesn’t have 3rd party testing, that the faculty is not FDA approved and that the GMP are followed. As for the ingredients the creatine is about 2/3 of what other similar gummies contain and you have to take 5 gummies so each gummy is about 1000mg. the added 6g of sugar seems like a lot to me. You have to decide if you want stevia like others have or sugar as these have. Finally for a 30 day supply it is much more expensive than other options. Perhaps the AstraGin results in 5g have the same potency as 7.5g in other options, but I am unfamiliar with the mechanism of action for AstraGin. Finally, and this is super important! The machines used for manufacturing may have also been used for products containing milk, eggs, soy, wheat, shellfish, fish, tree nuts, peanuts, and sesame. If you have allergies to any of those you need to avoid this supplement.

These gummies are really more like gumdrops. They’re coated in coarse granulated sugar vs. the smooth gummies you’re probably used to.
They have a good flavor and are generally pleasant to eat. I wouldn’t say they’re as good as real candy, but that’s not the point. They’re an easy yummy way to eat your creatine.
They do have sugar if that’s a concern. A lot for a gummy, but not much in the grand scheme. If you’re keto it’s probably a deal breaker.
The flavors are actually different for the different colors which I found surprising. I figured they would all be the same with food coloring.
All in all, a great way to get your creatine fix. Five stars

This is exactly what it claims to be. Gummies that contain creatine. It’s 1mg per gummy so you can dose as you see fit. The gummies themselves are also pretty tasty with various citrus flavors.
Personally, I tend to forget certain supplements and this makes it simple to make sure I get my regular dose in on a regular basis. Also, from my research atleast, it is high quality creatine with good absorption.
I recommend these.
