Good results using Glutamine so getting it in quantity makes a lot of sense. Turn it into a daily use instead of just pre-workout.
The package has a tear strip on top and a good sealable strip underneath. The problem is that second strip is not closed when you get the package. A fair amount of the powder will move up between the two during shipping, so if you’re not paying attention, quite a bit can fly/fall out when tearing it open for the first time. (Luckily, saw it before tearing.)
They suggest a large dose while still getting over 90 servings, so if your needs aren’t as high, this could last quite a while.

great sized supply of this stuff. its great to use after working out and really helps reduce soreness and discomfort the following days. i do find the taste and smell to be pretty awful honestly, but i enjoy the benefits enough to hold my nose while swallowing and deal with it. i also really like that its vegan and doesnt have a bunch of filler ingredients that id rather not consume.

Not much to say about this, the purified l-glutamine is a super fine powder (sort of like flour), I personally like to add it to my protein smoothies, it blends in fine and doesn’t have much if any taste, there appears to be numerous ways to prepare this from mixing with water, coffee, juice or even adding it in with foods, it appears to be high quality, and it agrees with me perfectly, although like most supplements it’s difficult to notice any changes with short term use, however l-glutamine may have numerous benefits from muscle recovery, immune and gut support and I feel confident with the ingredient quality of this brand.
I also like that it’s single ingredient (l-glutamine 5,000 mg), non-gmo, gluten-free, the serving size is 2 tbsp (no scoop is included), and the re-sealable bag provides around 91 servings.

If you are looking for glutamine, well, that’s what this is. You don’t have to worry about anything else in it. It also mixes well and hasn’t caused me any digestive issues that I have noticed.
However, it tastes awful. (Presumably because it is just glutamine.) I’m taking two stars off just for how bad it tastes. I have to either heavily dilute it or mix it with something else that tastes good (or both). I usually mix it with something else. But to get the most out of glutamine, the recommendation is usually three servings (so, 15 grams or more) per day. It becomes difficult for me to take three servings per day, because I don’t particularly want to drink this. I tried just guzzling it down in a smaller amount of water, but that didn’t work too well for me.

Decided to switch from pills to powder for my L-Glutamine so that I could add it to my intra-workout and recovery drinks more easily. I use it to support muscle recovery and help prevent DOMS. This mixes easily with water and doesn’t have a very noticeable taste to me by itself. The bag reseals easily. There wasn’t a scoop included as far as I can tell.
I love that there are no fillers or additives, and also that I was able to look up the brand and find verifiable information about their certifications and US-based manufacturing so that I can be confident about the quality and contents. Very competitive from a value perspective, especially compared to buying capsules.

This has been wonderful in my post workout shake! Fantastic recovery product. This smaller brand has really done everything I was looking for with this product but is actually fairly hard to find elsewhere. First off, it’s a big bag for the money, you are getting an enormous amount of the product, for this price, it’s a steal. Secondly, there’s no additives. It’s just L-Glutamine, no other junk. Products sold to aid with workouts so often are filled with fillers, this is NOT one of those products. Thirdly, all their testing on the product checks out, so you know you’re taking something safe that is what they say it is. And lastly, it’s not chalky and doesn’t ruin the flavor of your shake. I’d say if you’re in the market for this product that THIS is the brand to consider buying.

I very much like this product. I take L-Glutamine powder after my workout, and it helps me feel less sore next day. My muscle feel strong, and I feel more energy for next training. It is so easy to mix with my shakes, and it have no taste, so it not ruin the flavor.
I like that it is made in clean place with no peanuts or dairy. I have allergies, so this is safe for me to use. It is vegan and natural with no bad chemical, which is important to me.
This powder is simple and pure, and I trust it for my fitness goal. If you need help for muscle repair or just feel better after exercise, I highly recommend it. It very good quality and worth the price.
