This was a good buy. There are many capsules. I use on heavy workout days for a boost in energy. The only thing I don’t like is the smell when you open the bottle. I don’t really notice it when I swallow them, though.

I wish it was cheaper. As a male who loves sex this product is great. But is a good production for energy and also for us males does a good job for your sexual libido. I like that it makes me hard as a rock in the morning. I usually take it before bed on a empty stomach. Oh man what a great mornings. I wish the price was lower.

I bought this because it was clean. No extra ingredients. ZERO!!
Helps with performance and the gym. Haven’t noticed much more “pump” at the gym, but my overall performance seems to be better, and my workouts are more consistent. When I finish my workout, I feel better on this than when I am not. It can’t hurt! Also take one or two an hour or two before you get lucky…. Can’t hurt either!!

I started taking these and I believe I have increased energy in a balanced way. I have no issue with them. They are flavorless and I do need to make sure I take one at a time and I always drink a large glass of water. I take two in the morning as directed by my dietician.

Everyone is different but fir me its been enlightening. Energy and clarity are 2 things I’ve accomplished with 2 in the AM and 2 in the PM. It does things I can not put into words in a public forum. Im a 35 years old mom/wife that weighs about 180. Hope this helps someone else also!

I have brother using this product now for a few weeks and I still haven’t felt any difference I don’t see any difference in my pump or vascularity

I’ve taken L carnitine over the years that’s supposed to help the heart, but I was surprised when my doctor told me to try taking L arginine because a cardiologist prescribed medication was having too many side effects. so I bought a bottlevof l-carnitine 500 mg each capsule . he told me to take 1000 mg in the morning and 1000 mg in the evening . now this has been about two weeks ago and to my surprise I’ve noticed that my blood pressure isn’t quite as low as the pharmaceutical med but it is staying within normal safe limits. This is second bottle i bought with larger quanity. Very content so far 👍🏻
