While it’s hard to rate the effectiveness of these creatine gummies since I can’t measure the actual creatine content and the “effectiveness” has as much to do with many other factors beyond the creatine content, I will say that they taste fine–sort of a generic fruity/strawberry kind of flavor, with just the slightest chalkiness. While you won’t mistake these for actual gummy candies, they are totally okay in terms of texture and taste; they’re non-offensive and I wouldn’t balk at eating them.

I appreciate that the container they arrived in was double sealed, with a tamper-resistant outer seal on the cap as well as an inner seal under the cap to help maintain freshness. There is no indication of where these were manufacturered.

My husband used to mix powdered creatine supplements into his protein shakes but once he discovered creatine gummies, he has been hooked. They are so much easier and more convenient than powders!

The gummies don’t contain any added sugar. So many gummies are LOADED with sugar to help sweeten the taste and disguise the vitaminy aftertaste so this was much appreciated. However, they do contain maltitol and isomalt which can cause digestive upsets for some people. (myself included!!!)

According to the label, each serving (2 gummies) contains 5000mg of creatine monohydrate which is about average for this kind of supplement.

The gummies have a soft, chewy texture and a surprisingly pleasant strawberry taste. The flavor is mild but not off putting in any way.

Creatine does help tremendously with muscle recovery and fatigue, especially if you really push yourself weight lifting. My husband didn’t notice any jitteriness or digestive issues which can come with many workout supplements.

Not sure about the review that mentions maltitol and isomalt being sugars. They aren’t. A company can call their product sugar free when they don’t contain any actual sugars. If it contains something that still raises someone’s glycemic index, like some sugar alcohols, that does not automatically make them sugar, lol. Sugar alcohols can raise someone’s glycemic index, too.

So this is apparently one of those things that works like Congress, in the sense that you have to approve of it and buy it before you’re allowed to know what’s inside it. Lol!! I get so irritated when companies aren’t transparent about their ingredients, and I’m pretty sure there’s even federal laws about it! I took a chance on ordering this because of the front badge that says “sugar free”. But of course… there was indeed 2 sugars in it, clearly identified, once it arrived.

It has Malitol, and Isomalt. Both of which have a glycemic impact on your body, and therefore it is a blatant lie to call it sugar free. I think it’s reasonable to label a product sugar free if you only use zero glycemic index sweeteners. But if you claim sugar free, and it has glycemic impact, there are plenty of very sick people now that could die from your unethical labeling lies. Hello all those diabetics who aren’t literate in nutrition and reading food labels! They don’t know better, so they believe and trust you when you say “sugar free”.

The gummies themselves are fine, but seriously just like a gooey smooshy candy. And why?… because it’s all sugars literally! lol! It’s a sugar sugary malitol and isomalt and creatine gummy.

I dislike the sugar content, so I will not personally be using these. I have another batch coming in the mail that’s factually sugar free and sweetened with stevia. If you eat sugar, and aren’t counting macros, and generally don’t care how much sugar you consume, then you may like these very much. Malitol and isomalt is a bit lower than table sugar too, so there’s that. But the customer needs to have the choice for themselves, and the companies need to be 100% ingredient transparent.

I’ve been a long-term supplementer with creatine, and I have a pretty good idea of how it effects my body, energy levels, and performance. So, I’ll start by saying that I feel good about the potency and effectiveness of these supplements. If you take creatine, and match your normal supplemental levels with these gummies, you should not notice a difference.

As for what’s different about these supplements… we’ll they’re gummies. In the early 2000s or maybe late 1990s when I started taking creatine as a weightlifting supplement, you basically were stuck mixing a powder into a drink, smoothie, shake, etc. Flash forward a few decades and you can find convenient capsules that you can toss back with a glass of water. With these, my laziness can peak and I can just grab them off my counter and chew them up without anything to wash them down. And they’re delicious! My only real concern is over-consuming because I enjoy them so much.

In short – effective, tasty, and convenient. As with all things easy – it’s going to cost a bit more than if you buy a big jar of bulk powder, but you also save hours of your life mixing, and drinking gritty drinks. Get the gummies and don’t look back!

Price is right on about what it should be, and they taste really good, kind of a light strawberry.

Not that it ‘proves’ anything, but the label seems well put together, as if someone put some thought into it. When dealing with off-brand supplements, it’s at least maybe an indicator that it’s a legit product.

So, assuming that it is, I personally really like these and will be using them.
