I like the pump this product gives me when I workout at the gym. I have noticed a significant increase in my mass.
The problem I had was they shipped the product by mail not by Purolator or FedEx. I had to find where my package was and pick it up. I never gave a PO Box number for them to ship by mail.

Doesn’tmix out as well as similar valued items and clearly isn’t micronized Creatine. Check others that are Hyrdolized or Micronized for similar value first. This should be a secondary option to be fair

This powder completely dissolved in anything you put it in which is so nice. It has no taste or after taste. It also doesn’t leave any texture in your drink so I can put it in anything 🙂

I am purchasing my second jar of this Creatine. for the price it is perfect. I am 56 year old female and I like to lift weights to keep my body toned. This Creatine helps me get through my workouts without feeling too fatigued. I started using on April 30 and realized that I’m about 12 scoops away from being empty so another jar is on the way 😀
I typically do 100 squats per day, as far as lifting I use 10, 15 & 25 pound weight bars for various routines, as well as kettle bell and hand weight routines. I feel like I am powering through my reps so I am able to add more reps and getting great results. I started the first 2 weeks taking 2 scoops, now am only doing 1 scoop and at this point my muscles should be fully saturated with creatine, and I really feel it. A lot of people, especially women, do not like the “vascular” look, but I find that when I am not lifting my muscles look toned and pronounced, so it is only when I am lifting that I get that vascular look. It’s only at work when I have to pick boxes up that are around 25 to 30 pounds that I start hulking out and people are like “look at your arms!” LOL! I love that look, actually…it shows that my efforts have been worth it and Creatine is mostly to thank for it.
A lot of people have been complimenting my lean and toned legs lately too, and that is not only thanks to the 100 squats but to this Creatine that is helping give me the energy to do it each day! I did squats before taking this product but I do think my muscles are harder and more pronounced now. I do have a rest day, but on that day I still continue to take the Creatine.
I like this product as it is not grainy at all because I found that if I use warm to hot water and then stir the Creatine into it very well it does dissolve totally. I was using just tap water or slightly cold water at first, and it was remaining a bit grainy…so pro tip…use warm to hot water, then when water is clear again, add colder water so you can drink it up. I typically drink about a gallon of water each day. (ok, so I TRY to drink a gallon a day) and I feel totally hydrated regardless of drinking it all or not. I also use LMNT electrolyte salts in my water for the added sodium, potassium and magnesium.
I believe that I feel a lot more energetic throughout the day, I get up easily in the morning at 5 am and am ready to go because I also feel that I am sleeping more soundly at night. That might be because my lifting reps have increased due to the excellent energy I’m feeling and I do believe this product is responsible for that. I also have to say that I am thinking more clearly and seems my brain is firing on all cylinders…in other words, no brain fog!
Those are all the “extras” I believe are contributed to this Creatine product. I want to make sure I never run out so I put it on auto ship. 😁
