I just received these. Taste good, price is right. It says on the package that the serving size is 4 gummies = 5G of creatine. However, in the directions, it says to take 2 gummies daily, and DO NOT exceed 2 gummies in a 24 hour period. 2.5G isn’t really a lot, and so it makes me wonder if one of the other ingredients is toxic. i reached out to seller for clarification and will update when i hear back, but i might not recommend these at the moment if you value your kidneys.

I ordered some 30 days ago. They are not messy, and the taste isn’t bad, they have a pineapple flavor that is pretty. I have taken different creatine products and I really see a difference in my muscle mass. All the creatine products work, but these taste good.

The Supplement Facts (nutrition label) are based on consuming 4 gummies. 4 gummies would deliver 5g of creatine. However in the suggested use section, it tells you never to exceed taking more than 2 gummies within a 24 hour period. Why is the serving size 4 gummies if you cannot take more than 2? Therefore it is not delivering the 5g of creatine that it suggests, it is only delivering 2.5g of creatine if you are taking 2 gummies as directed. Other than them not doing what they say they will, they are convenient and taste OK.

On my second bottle, hope I get much better workouts results. Seems to make my smallish muscles fill better, I think I’m less stressed and more focused. I started this with a mushroom supplement, they seem to compliment giving me energy and focus.

I did the powder in water for a while and it’s hard to keep up with it, especially when taking it daily. These are much easier to take and carry in my gym bag.
