One of the best value for money product in bodybuilding history, and Healthvit standing amongst the topmost brands! I’ve scrutinized it in my few personal criterion.
1) Taste. Few Creatine Monohydrate I’ve tried gives off a sour taste, indicating acidic radicals, inshort impurities. But this one was absolutely neutral and chalk like.
2) Mixability. It is marvellously micronized and needs farely little amount of stirring. I even tried it scoop first directly to mouth and then took little water, blended quickly inside mouth.
3) Effects. The important part. I tried it along with a protein blend I recently purchased. The pump I got from Creatine alone was visible. My last rep went up by 2+, which is significant.
NOTE: 1. You can not expect magical strength. You’ll have to notice the difference by comparing with and without the product which stood absolutely wonderful for me.
2. This product is well micronized. It will drain off water from your body to muscles. This is a sign of a good quality creatine, but you ought to be WELL HYDRATED inorder to avoid fainting or muscle spasm.

Why this one to buy ?
– because this is low price and good quality
-Creatine is not for normal individuals but it is made for daily gym guys and daily heavy work outs. It provides enough energy to muscles during and after workout.
– If you are gymming from 5 to 6 months, you can start to taking this with other protein shakes after workout or before workout.

Even though this is one of most competitively priced Creatine and I also don’t have any doubt about its quality BUT it is NEVER in the form of free flowing dry powder but rather lumpy formations due to HIGH moisture content.
AND THIS IS NOT DUE TO THE RAINY SEASON. I had bought this earlier also 2 – 3 times during summer/ winters etc. and every time it is like this.
So by weight alone due to moisture content it’s real weight could be 5 – 10% less. I have tried other slightly expensive brands and the powder in that is free flowing and dry.

Best thing about HealthVit creatine is it is better in mixability compared to muscleblaze creatine.I feel that the scoop is a bit bigger.Water retention is not that great as well as the pump is average.
Pros:
1.Great mixability
2.Low price compared to other brands.
3.Mildly saluted pumps
Cons:
1.Large scoop=more dose
2.Not epic pumps like other brands.
3.Tasts sucks(just like any other creatine though)
Overall:- This is your best option if you want to buy a creatine in lower price range.If you can spare few extra bucks i would suggest muscleblaze creapro.
