* The Amazon page is a bit confusing, as it says “This supplement combines 1285mg of L-Arginine with…”, when it actually includes 1285 mg in total of 10 ingredients inside each capsule and only 200mg of L-Arginine.
* Also, most of the ingredients are more known for relaxation than for immunity and strength.
* Includes L-Arginine, L-Theanine, Valerian Root, Ashwagandha, Magnesium, Tart Cherry, and Zinc
* Being non-GMO, vegan, and free of gluten, eggs, dairy, and additives makes it suitable for a wide range of dietary preferences and restrictions.
* I like that this comes in capsule form and has a recommended daily dosage of only two capsules taken before bedtime, making it easy to incorporate into my daily routine.
* These are produced in a GMP-certified facility, but no mention of third-party testing or where is was made. (Those criteria make me feel more confident about what I’m putting into my body.)

I supplement with L-arginine for blood circulation and muscle growth. L-Arginine is naturally found in red meat, fish, dairy, nuts, and poultry so most people average about 5.4 grams from diet alone and don’t need additional supplements. I take the supplements as a guarantee in case it falls short in my daily eating. There aren’t much adverse affects unless you’re intake is 3 of 4 times the average amount. These capsules deliver just 100mg each, or 200mg per serving size of 2 capsules, so they’re really quite low in comparison. I’m used to seeing closer to 500mg in previous L-arginine supplements I’ve had. This might be best for smaller individuals, or those looking for low dose.

It’s non-GMO and gluten-free, which is great, but the exact blend of each component isn’t detailed. If you’re into natural ways to manage stress or boost health, this might be up your alley, but expect some trial and error with dosages.

This product (after roughly 45-90 minutes after taking) helps put me to sleep, and keep me sleeping comfortably through the night.
As an insomniac, I find it difficult to relax and “fall asleep” like most people do naturally.
This stuff says to take 2 capsules 30-60 minutes before bedtime, so when I want to try to go to sleep, I’ll pop two and lie down while doom-scrolling and reading news articles, and will usually drift off in about an hour or less.
In addition to the sleep aid, it also has calming ingredients and immunity boosting ingredients which I suspect help your body to rest easier and heal while you slumber.
All I know is, I wake up refreshed after having slept peacefully through the night as opposed to lying in bed and playing games on my phone/tablet until I pass out from exhaustion.
Recommended dose is 2 standard sized capsules, and the bottle has a 30 day supply.
I will definitely be buying more before I run out.

These are an easy way to add L-Arginine to your diet. Just make sure you check out the other ingredients, so you aren’t overdoing it with any specific supplements. While I took these, I just did take some of my others so I wasn’t overdoing it and I feel like these were a good option.

I got this mainly to help me sleep better than for the immunity and after taking it for a month now I can definitely tell a small difference in how I sleep as I tend to be able to go to sleep easier and wake up more refreshed. I like the fact that the capsules are easy to take and there’s no aftertaste or stomach issues like you would get with some supplements.
