I had been taking oral DHEA for a while now and also used it for a while years ago. Then I read about how sub-lingual is more effective at getting it into your bloodstream and so a smaller dose is just as good as a larger one. The first pill I took was followed by what seemed to be a difference in how my body felt. Now I am not suggesting that one dose will change you or that it even changed me. Every day at my age I go from feeling great to feeling not so great so attributing this change to this product is clearly very subjective.
As far as the tablets go, the taste is pleasant and not to sweet. I am not a big fan of sweets so the fact that this has a pretty subdued sweet mint taste was a very pleasant surprise. This fact as it turns out is essential for me because it takes a pretty substantial amount of time for it to fully dissolve. Again that is subjective but I think if I said 5 minutes or more I would not be overstating it. I guess you could chew it a bit and hold it in your mouth but I am not sure that is how this product is to be used.
So why the 4 stars. There are two reasons. The first is that I do not want to give the impression that taking this and you will be immediately transformed to be stronger, run faster and have a libido that will not end. I take this because I believe that I will get some benefits from it. I seem to perceive some differences in how I feel when I take it from the time where I take a break from it which I think is a good thing to do. I take this because I believe I get some benefit from it. Just like multivitamins. It really is impossible to know in an objective way that I have been changed in any way, either positively or negatively.
Secondly, I think the time it takes for the tablet to dissolve is pretty long. Perhaps that is typical for sublingual tablets but for me if the tablet were smaller it would be an improvement. This characteristic however, is not a deal killer and I do not think it is so problematic that you should defer from buying it for this reason alone.

Great supplement but it takes a while to dissolve, about 30 minutes under my tongue. I don’t mind it under my tongue, It has brought my levels of DHEA up to normal now. I will be purchasing again!

I am older now and this is the recommended sublingual version of DHEA. It gives me a small energy boost and helps keep it for a few hours. The best part is that this brand is palatable and fits just right under the tongue. Others seem to not taste very good or are too bulky, but this one seems to be just about right. Even my pharmacist wife like it.

Anabol Naturals DHEA-Rejuvaplex brought my low DHEA level up to normal very quickly. Sublingual works best for me rather than passing thorough my digestive system and it has a pleasant peppermint taste.

This is like a hard sugar pill. You have to chew on it to break it up so it dissolves in your mouth – otherwise it does NOT dissolve. I’m not sure why this company would make a “sublingual’ tablet that just sits under your tongue like a rock. I wanted to return this item, but it wasn’t returnable. Also, I’m not even sure this has DHEA in it because I don’t feel different when I take it.

this product does not dissolve like it boasts. I wish I had gotten a refund but I bought 5 bottles and gave it out to my family already.
